Hot tub was under maintenance the whole time we were there. We were offered to use the hot tub in the hotel next door but it was not very convenient. Carpets need to be changed (old, worn down and lots of staining)

Great location, wakable to Cascade Gardens plus room transit bus stop is at the front of the building and hotel provides complimentary bus passes. Wonderful helpful staff. Easy parking. Handy laundry facilities. Comfortable beds.

We liked everything. Only thing was that the hot tub wasn’t working, it would have been great if that was operational too.

One of the best things about Irwin Mountain Inn was the staff and most especially Alysun Paradise at the front desk who was so nice and friendly and extremely helpful. She helped us organise our entire itinerary and arranged everything for us like bus tours to Lake Louise and Lake Moraine and gondola rides which was so convenient. Her superb recommendations made all the difference for us. Thank you Alysun ! The other great thing about the inn is its perfect location which is so close to all the best spots and the stores and restaurants!

The room and lodge overall were a little worn down. It could use some updates to the carpet and curtains. The parking garage was extremely small and a bit difficult to navigate. It was the most affordable place we could find at the time and did the job.

The staff was helpful and friendly. The room was clean.

We had three people in our 2 bedroom suite. Housekeeping left linens for two and we had to request more every day. Place is a bit dated. It was 80 degrees the day we arrived. A/C available in one room only. We had to open windows and use a portable fan (provided)to sleep.

The location is perfect. We were able to walk into town easily. The laundry facilities are convenient. The El Toro Restaurant serves a great breakfast.

The room was cold when we arrive the heat was turned off and it was cold and snowy☹️ it took a long time for the room to heat up in fact I was cold my entire stay. You should also provide blankets as it drops cold in the night and some people need extra warmth. I liked the fact that property was convenient and within walking distance to shops etc,

The hot tub closes at 9, we were gone all day, walking the town and spent the afternoon early evening on Sulfur mountain (gondola), by the time we had dinner and then were able to soak in the hot tub it didn’t leave much time. With the outdoor enthusiasts out and about, staying open till 10 or 11 would be a lot better.

A bit of a walk from the main shops, though makes sense for the price. The hot tub and sauna room is a bit small for the size of the hotel and it is indoors, though that may be a bonus for some.

Reasonable price for the size of the room and the location. Staff was very friendly, useful to have them available 24/7. Hot tub and sauna were a nice bonus.

It is a bit dated but it was clean and worked well for our stay.

Nice location close to main town. Room was big and shower was excellent with shampoo conditioner and body soap from Rocky Mountain Soap company. Hot tub was nice to relax in. Free parking. Friendly staff.
