Amazing and spacious rooms. Ours had a private terrace with outdoor hot tub. Very nice restaurant and spa.

So pretty and such a cute, quiet spot. If you want to rage until 2:00am this is not your place. We loved how quiet and accommodating everyone was. Room was wonderful, clean, and quiet. Would recommend. Already planning another girls trip

We were upgraded to the cottage room #28. (I am guessing for an anniversary surprise.) It was absolutely lovely. Between the welcome note wishing us a Happy Anniversary, the chocolates and the rose each day, we absolutely loved our stay. We also ate dinner at the restaurant one night and it was delicious. Our server Kate was second to none. She was wonderful. When we checked in to the hotel, the gentleman working the front desk - Kevin I believe his name was - is also incredible and personable. The bakery next door is the best way to start each morning. I highly recommend this hotel and hope to be back someday.

Well, I liked it all. I was surprised the parking lot was not right next to the property but I’m not physically challenged so it wasn’t a big deal. I’m not sure how accessible the building was for folx who are physically challenged; however, I didn’t mind the stairs up to my room at all.

I loved that it was central to the Main Street of the upscale Jordan shopping strip. It gave great ambiance—especially with the falling snow! I felt like I was in a Christmas Village.

Guests next door suite were very noisy keeping us awake. We wondered if there was a party the first night but then it happened again the following night into the early hours.

I didn't like that we were on the main floor, but not a big deal. I was hoping to have dinner at the restaurant but we were too late for the last seating. I asked for strawberries and sparkling wine, but we didn't receive it.

The room was clean and spacious. It was quiet and relaxing. The rose and card welcoming us was a lovely touch.

The coffee service in the room was not great. We went to foyer to get coffee and that set-up was out of creamer and sugar. It's unfortunate that this beautiful Inn is located beside ongoing construction. This really should be mentioned before booking. Also disappointed that there were no small shops etc. to browse in during our stay. There is nothing to do once you arrive at this Inn. Hoping once the construction is wrapped up some shops will open up.

Our room was perfect! The cleaning staff were meticulous and there was even a rose left on my pillow. The suite was larger than we expected. Surprised by the online concierge "Ivy".

so close to cave springs winery, walking distance. Also restaurant, which was exceptionally delicious. Room was spacious and clean, although the carpeting needs replaced. Bathroom was large.

Great small hotel with exceptional service from great staff. The food at the restaurant and our breakfast in our room were very good. We also had a great couples massage that so relaxed me that I fell asleep. Overall it was an excellent experience that we would happily return.

Bathroom very dated; shower fixture installed backwards with cheap plastic surround. Otherwise room was lovely.

Construction noise woke me up too early! It should have been mentioned at booking at least & possibly offered a continental breakfast in room. Not a relaxing ending to a great getaway.

Excellent location with shops & wineries close by. Lovely area for walking & relaxing. Everyone was friendly & helpful especially in the Spa. Felt enveloped with warmth & care. The food was amazing & worth coming back for!
