The property is gorgeous: beautiful flowers, plants, and even a fish pond. Also, 14/10 for the goodest doggo. Perfectly clean and with nice touches like fresh muffins. Staff are lovely. Very welcoming. We loved the little map of where they met.

If I had to mention one small thing, it would be that the walls could be a bit more soundproof. But overall, we were extremely satisfied and would love to come back again!

Everything was wonderful! Our host Emir was especially kind and helpful — we truly appreciated his hospitality. We also fell in love with their adorable dog, Bonne Chance — my heart melted at how sweet and friendly he was. The place was very clean, including the kitchen, which we found spotless. Breakfast was available and a lovely bonus. We also really enjoyed the hot tub, the pool, and the gazebo — such relaxing amenities! The location is not bad at all. There’s a bus stop very close by, and it’s easy to get to downtown with just one bus.

There was some debris at the entrance due to some works being carried out, but as soon as we passed through, it was incredible

Nothing really they seem to be remodelling the outdoor area lot’s of building materials scattered around but the fact construction is my job it didn’t put me off.maybe others might not like it

The best part of my stay was the amazing, friendly staff who went out of their way to make my stay very memorable. They had a multitude of amenities for everyone’s needs. The dog (house manager), Bonne Chance, was such a sweet lovely presence.

there is nothing not to like. The parking is a bit of a pain right now, but the construction is almost done and then it won’t be a problem anymore. I’ve also learned that you can contact the owners to reserve parking so I’d suggest it as a good option

Not in walking distance to downtown, but this shouldn’t be a problem because of the great transportation Victoria has plus everyone uses Uber.

I wish the bedroom had a lamp instead of just over head lighting, and wish there were towel racks/ wall hangers to be able to hang my towel and dry it in the room as I didn't feel comfortable leaving it in the bathroom with other guests. I also wish that the breakfast had more variety, including more fruits and cold items, even just like a cheese board or some simple sausages or slices of meat could have been added to the croissants nicely.

I loved the amenities at this place! The hot tub was so nice to relax into every night, and the pool was fun too. Plus the beds were extremely comfortable, both mattress and the pillow, and the bathrooms were large and clean.

It's not critical to have an en suite but there was a queue for the bathroom which put a bit of time pressure on my day. I gather it's not normally quite so full and that another bathroom would normally be available so this may not be an issue.

The hosts were particularly friendly in making me feel at home in their house, offering refreshments and local advice on walks/restaurants etc. The kitchen is available for making meals in the house. The room was fine and there is a pool and gym, which make this pretty exceptional for a reasonably priced place. If you like walking and exploring, this is a better place to stay than Victoria to save travel time.

The room was small (one side of the bed was against a wall making it difficult for the second person to get in and out of the bed) but we were just sleeping there one night. And while the price was totally competitive in the Victoria area (it was a bargain in that market) we felt that it was expensive for what it was compared to other places we have stayed

We enjoyed the pool and gym facilities, the kitchen and snacks available were great. Everything was clean and well cared for.

At first was dismayed that "queen room with garden view" turned out to be a double bed in a rather small room, but we slept well for all that, so didn't really matter.

Didn't have time to try much, but the pool/sauna looked great, and the smoking areas were very nice. Breakfast nosh did the trick. Location was great. Would stay again.

My only recommendation is that small lamps on the bedside table would be nice so you don’t have to get up to turn off the room light later if you’re reading. Just a small thing. Otherwise, we loved our stay here!

The breakfast was convenient, available anytime - which suited us perfectly. This guest house has so many awesome facilities - a pool, sauna, steam shower, hot tub. We really enjoyed our time here, and the beautiful parks and beaches nearby. Everywhere was easily accessible by car, within a half hour drive. There are many shops, restaurants and services an easy walking distance from the property as well.
