BahamasThe sofa bed was incredibly uncomfortable, you could feel the bars in your back. We didn't have breakfast because we felt it was overpriced for a hotel breakfast. We took an UBER 5min down the road and had a great breakfast for almost the same price. We requested a late check-out (since we had only arrived at 1:30 am from our flight and really wanted to get a decent sleep) but were told it would be $20/hr extra. I have never been charged for a late check out before. I have been told it wasn't possible at times, but never been charged when it WAS possible.
Location was convenient, room was clean and staff were friendly. The main bed was comfortable. They paid for the taxi to the hotel because there was no shuttle. They kept the luggage stored and easily accessible when needed as we had a longer layover before we were to leave.

The breakfast was good and the overall environment was very pleasant. However, we had two negative experiences that affected our stay. First, upon arrival, there was a delay in confirming our booking, which was quite frustrating. Secondly, we were denied breakfast on our first morning. The staff kept us waiting while they checked, and only after requesting my booking confirmation did they eventually acknowledge it. These issues left a negative impression, especially considering how much we were looking forward to a smooth and enjoyable stay.

CanadaThis is our second visit. The first was when they just opened and were working out some issues. Seems they still haven’t sorted out how to know who’s booking includes breakfast and who’s doesn’t. So for both visits we got told that our breakfast wasn’t included according to their system and it was up to me to prove it was. It’s embarrassing to be standing there with your family like you’re a criminal trying to sneak some toast and then having to provide proof you paid for it as part of your booking (which I did, both times). No customer should have to prove to the staff what is included in their booking. Seriously,sort this out. If you process or system isn’t working, why should customers have to sort it out? Empower staff to compensate inconvenienced guests. It’s only because of how my concerns were addressed the first visit that we stayed a second time. This time staff weren’t really concerned,

SingaporeWe arrived at 6:30 a.m. and appreciated the complimentary taxi service provided in place of the shuttle, which was out of service. However, despite notifying the property through Booking.com of our early arrival, we were only able to access our room at 1 p.m., close to standard check-in time. It would have been helpful if there were an option to check in early at a partial rate, but unfortunately, such an option was not available.
The breakfast spread, while not extensive in variety, offers a full American breakfast that is satisfying enough to start the day. Overall, it provides good value for what is included.

CanadaThere were a few glitches as it’s a newly opened property, but the manager was available, warm, gracious and responsive. Our room type wasn't available at checkin, but our luggage was stored, and we went out for a while and the room was available when we got back. We got stuck in the elevator, but a very charming staff member contacted my husband, stayed with us during the time we were stuck and was really great.
It was clean, the breakfast was amazing and our room was spacious. The manager and most of the staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful. Parking was free. The Manager is working out a few opening issues, but his professionalism will definitely bring this property up to speed quickly and efficiently.

United StatesWhile trying to make a reservation at the airport, I repeatedly called the listed number (1 365 722 0818) but only reached voicemail with no response. When I arrived, the front desk was not busy, yet it was still difficult to contact them from my room due to the lack of a direct button or accessible number—calls went unanswered. Eventually, when I reached someone to place a restaurant order, I was told to come downstairs, contradicting earlier instructions that I could order by phone. Additionally, when I called 888-492-8847 about an airport shuttle, the representative claimed there was none, though the hotel’s website indicates otherwise: Hyatt House Mississauga Airport Corporate Centre. All these were inconvenient, especially after being stranded while trying to return home.
The hotel appeared to be recently constructed, offering modern and well-maintained accommodations. My room was updated, spotless, and featured contemporary furnishings. I particularly valued the advanced window privacy features and blackout shades. The bed provided a high level of comfort, and the environment remained quiet throughout my stay. The facility maintained excellent cleanliness standards, and both the front desk staff and bartender were consistently professional and welcoming.

GermanyDirty room, complete empty toiletries. We have booked the room with option “breakfast included”, but the staff said twice that we must pay for the breakfast. Finally someone from staff said, there’s no need to pay for the breakfasts, but we are not sure, that we get our deposit completely back.
