I did not like thinking I was getting a great price on my room per night then finding out after my payment went through on the deadline to cancel that parking was an added 35 a night.

The staff were friendly and the building was nice. The veuw frim the restaurant was pretty. Loved the large whirl pool hot tub. I had it all to myself two nights in a row. Parking was underground and easy to get in and out of.

The $35 per night parking is a bit much. Underground parking is always nice to have especially in the downtown area, but I would rather that be included in my room cost rather than an extra charge. $35 a night adds up quickly for even a few nights stay.

The pillows at this hotel were amazing! We loved them! The cookies we received upon arrival were delicious, and a nice touch! Our room as well as the rest of the hotel was exceptionally clean which is much appreciated.

It would have been nice to have a few extra towels on hand and maybe the option of bath robes for visiting the hot tub.

The property was well situated for the concert we came to see. The hotel is modern, clean and had everything we needed for a relaxing weekend away.

Our beds weren’t super comfortable, and the room was poorly lit. We could hear our neighbours quite clearly and sirens throughout the night, needs to be more soundproof

It was my second time staying here. I feel comfortable. I go to an event on Jasper Avenue. There is an excellent Wonton restaurant down the street!

The room has too big a bathrom, which makes the entrance part excessively long. The furniture in the room is quite old. The desk had some dust.

That as a guest at this hotel, I had to pay an extra $32 for parking! A complimentary breakfast buffet would have been nice.

Bad experience with public parking next door. As over age we weren’t aware we would be ticketed after 6am nor were we warned at Front desk. Had to request extra blanket and there were 3 of us but only 2 bath towels. $32 for parking was overkill by hotel. Would have appreciated a free breakfast.

Great location. Nice room with partial separation made it seem like a suite. Greeted with good warm cookies as we waited to ensure cleaning g staff hadn’t used chemicals to clean the room. They cleaned with vinegar and that made for a stress free stay,

The location was great. The staff were amazing. Checked in with us frequently throughout the stay to make sure we were comfortable and accommodated. We loved the jacuzzi area. Our room had everything we needed. Underground parking on site was wonderful. Tight entry but we fit fine.

I arrived quite late for Check in Only one staff was there to check me in But there was no security guard around ( kinda of a rough area) No one to help me with my bags but trolleys were in the lobby so its kinda of help yourself situation

Location was great right near where I had to be LRT valley rail just a 2-3 min walk away as well
