How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

The brekfast ( eggs, bacon, saussage and potatoes) wasnt cold. The reception doesnt smile

The ensuite bathroom was missing one of the standing shower door so the bathroom gets soaked when you shower.
The suite was spacious and comfortable

The hot tub is out of order indefinitely, it seems. The hotel knew a huge group was booking and yet did not see fit to ensure the breakfast room had enough chairs for the amount of tables, resulting in guests having to stand to eat (and they won't allow you to just take your plate to your room...) The tub stopper did not work for a bath, the pillows are all filled with the lumpy feeling stuffing. It's a mid hotel.
The location is this hotels biggest selling point, as we were at the Shell Theatre all weekend.

The room was clean. The bed was comfy. There’s a restaurant across the parking lot (Montanas). Check in and out was quick and simple

Lack of Security bars in the bathroom.; shower & toilet area. It would be nice to have a least 2 chairs with a small table.
breakfast was great, good selection of food items. A table and 2 chairs would be appreciated. As I am handicapped a bar in the shower would have been nice.

The breakfasts were somewhat sparse.
The location was very convenient for our purposes. The staff were accomodating with questions and requests.

When checking in I was told I needed to pay $300 damage because I was using a new credit card I only have one credit card which I used last time I was there . I felt she was calling me a liar .

Breakfast Juice dispenser was on the fritz......cranberry juice appeared and tasted like pink water. Not sure what the issue was. Overall breakfast was pretty good.
Location was great. Close to shops and restaurants. Pool and hot tub area was very clean, with lots of towels. Front Desk staff during check-in and checkout (Harleen) were fantastic.

The fact that we had to pay an extra $100 for a ‘deposit’ because we prepaid online. And it was supposed to be an extra $200 but the front desk associate was able to ‘knock down the price for us’ and when we asked what the purpose of this was she just said ‘it was policy’ and didn’t explain further. It kind of soured our experience because it doesn’t say that anywhere online or on their website either. So just be aware if you prepay for your room your credit card will be charged at least $200 if not $300 instead of the usual $100.
Loved the waterslide and the pool! The rooms were super spacious and it didn’t seem like my family was crammed into a room we actually had space for each of us to relax without feeling like we were all sitting on top of each other.

The dining hall was a little cramped- although, we did go during peak hours, so I don’t know how much of a negative that really is.
Big room for the prices. Enjoyed the amenities (Pool, breakfast, gym)

Was alittle stressful they had a bunch of late checkouts so wasn’t able to get in at 3 had to wait a fair bit to get my room. Second night lights were turned off at the pool couldn’t find the light switch to turn back on and nobody was at front desk to ask. Kids loved it adults were concerned lol
Like how convenient it was to everything in fort Sask. easy to find. Kids loved the water slide.
