I've stayed here since 2016, and the elliptical machine in the gym has had an 'out of order' sign on it for 9 years. The place needs to be maintained. The breakfast is very basic and repetitive, the overall clenliness of the property needs improvement, and as guests, we shouldn't have to ask that our room is cleaned and towels/coffee is replaced every single day.

The place is located well for my purposes. The place is relatively quiet, and the rooms are spacious with comfortable beds.

The laundry situation is a hassle - you need 12 one dollar coins to operate the machines and there’s no coin machine and they don’t maintain any coins at the reception. That’s a low hanging fruit that would make guest stays more comfortable… also change up the selection of breakfast every once in a while

Floor should be washed, leaves bare feet dirty. Mattresses should be changed, soft & sagging on side from sitting on edge, bathroom toilet paper holder insecure, phones inoperable, repaired, but still inoperable!

It’s in a great location, they do have a pool gym and hot tub. Although the pool was not available due to a chemical imbalance, so I use the hot tub which is a little bit outdated. The breakfast options were OK.

We changed rooms the second day because you could hear everything through the adjoining door. Ask for a room with no adjoining door.

Continental breakfast was free. Bagels, yogurt and scrambled eggs were fine.

I recommend that guests bring their own water bottles, healthy snacks, green tea bags and soft tissues! There are basic breakfast foods such as scrambled eggs, sausages, oatmeal, cereal, white bread/bagels/waffles, apples and yogourt, orange juice and lemonade. I was hoping for a better selection of nutritious multigrain breads, bananas/fruit, and green tea. I was also hoping to see fresh floral arrangements outside at the entrance. The summer flowers were dried up and not 'inviting'. The cigarette butts trailed along the sidewalk and the garbage container near the entrance had a broken lid. There were empty coffee cups and cans littering the ground. Not a pleasant sight.

Very pleased with my room 318 on the quiet side! I slept well. The queen size bed was comfortable and cozy. There were plenty of towels, lots of toilet paper and mini bottles of lotion and shampoo. The staff were pleasant and professional. The location was great, easy to find and only 10 minutes from my family members and Enterprise Rent-a-Car! Good value for the price.

An extra chair in the room would have been good. There were 3 adults. Sitting on the bed is hard on the back. One bed on one side had poor support.

Breakfast …a good variety for a continental breakfast. Short closing first morning 9 am. Room was clean. Not enough places to sit for three adults. Had to ask for a suitcase stand.

Check in was not at 4 pm. Advertised swimming pool but was not fixed and after looking at previous reviews was not working in 2023, either take the pool off or fix it, as is is false advertising if not working for a year
