Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomHad difficulty locating the hotel. Ended up asking for guidance at the Holiday Inn. They got their shuttle bus to escort us. When we found the hotel it was literally straight off the freeway, but the satnav had taken us to a location that was in the airport industrial area.

CanadaTV problems during our entire stay which didn’t get fixed. It would work for a bit and then it wouldn’t. They offered us another room but not till later at night. Could not offer us any compensation as we had booked through Bookings.com.
Great indoor and outdoor pool. Restaurant on site, good food. We arrived early and were accommodated which was very nice and allowed a late check out the next day. Staff very friendly.

CanadaThe restaurant and bar lack any atmosphere, and the food is mediocre. The breakfast buffet was awful, which is probably why it was being changed to an a la carte format four days after our stay.
Rooms are a good size, clean, and comfortable. Overall the motel is good value for money, and the shuttle together to the airport only takes five minutes and runs regularly

CanadaNot enough staff at front desk so had to call housekeeping for more towels and toilet paper as wasn't given enough. TV service provider not good so tv kept stalling, gave up trying to watch. Breakfast was lacking, juice machine not working. and no alternative given. No milk or cream for coffee. Not much of a selection.
