There was no hand soap in the bathroom! I know for some this might seem trivial, but to me, washing my hands after pretty much anything is important, so I had to go out and buy some for our stay. A pair of sandals for the spa would have been an added plus. The pool was being renovated and we found out the day before our stay. Thankfully we were warned in advance, avoiding any disappointment. We were told that the sauna and warm baths were still functional, but they were barely working. The warm baths were just water. not warm; tepid at best. The sauna was dry. There was no water provided whatsoever, so we cut that short.

The staff was very friendly. Although the reception clerk had very little knowledge of the spa facilities (she didn't know if there were showers in the massage section) she did her best to answer and offered the flexibility of returning to our room (after check out) to shower before leaving. The room itself was very clean and already cooled before our arrival on a steaming hot day. There were enough towels and other essential for our stay, including a complimentary bath robe for the spa.

Lobby was dirty, mold on the windows and balcony door, shower/bathtub was disgusting, toilet was leaking, beds were very uncomfortable, there was no hardwood flooringun the rooms as stated in the hotels description there was cheap broken laminate flooring. Went for breakfast at the hotel an hour after opening and there was barely any food left

We enjoyed dinner at the main restaurant, the waiter was very good, friendly, understanding, the food was delicious.

Our initial room was located along the highway, with the view of a closed down amusement park. We paid a little extra to get a less 'road view' room, and we got a room that has a balcony that if you step out onto, and look right, you will see the car parks and a little bit of the lake. The restaurant was very disappointing - the waitress seated us and then never returned, also many staff members walked past tables, covered in food laden plates, numerous times and didn't remove them. When asked if they could remove the plate of food that was left abandoned on the table beside mine, the staff member took it, leaving all of the other used items still on the table during the whole dinner. The decor of the restaurant was very dated and unappealing. We paid access to the heated outdoor pool and hot tubs. The saunas weren't working (there was a sign saying if it isn't working come and see us - I didn't fancy walking back upstairs, through the hotel in my swimsuit and robe (cold from having been in the water and getting out into the fresh cold air) to ask for the sauna to be fixed). In the outside heated pool, one of the turned on lights was hanging with wires showing in the actual pool (obviously safe, but doesn't encourage confidence). There were weeds throughout the cracks in the pavement, cleaning supplies laying around and a general feel of neglect.

Booked the accommodation because it had restaurant on site, plus access to heated outdoor pool, spa and sauna. Parking was easy. Bedroom was clean and tidy.

Room was on heat when we arrived and like a sauna. We made a complaint that night but no one followed up. The gym was disgusting and none of the machines worked. terrible

They could make more of the outside spa/pool area. The pools and hot tubs were great but you’re surrounded by scrub and concrete blocks. Some landscaping would make a massive difference. Also the spa changing rooms are pretty tired.

Both exterior and interior styles were a bit kitschy but that’s OK.

Very friendly staff. Good facilities such as hot tubs, saunas and pool, which were appreciated after a day of cycling. Very close to the cycling routes.

The location was perfect for our reason for being in Granby. Plenty of parking available.

Nothing...all was very good

Despite some poor reviews, my wife and I stayed 1 night and thought it was wonderful. Everything went smooth and the room was nice, roomy, comfortable. No issues at all.
