No air conditioning in lobby or restaurant made being outside of the room and the breakfast relatively uncomfortable. The TVs did not have cable or satellite - there is a smart box so you can sign into Netflix, Prime, etc but would be nice to have at least basic cable.

Easy to access and off of the main roads so noise during the nights is limited, beds and pillows were comfortable, good shower pressure. Check-in process was very quick and front desk staff were friendly. Climate control in the room was effective.

More than 2 cups. Would have liked cups for drinking water, More than 1 face cloth. Both of us had to share the face cloth. A box of tissues would have bee nice too, Had to use toilet paper.

The Wi-Fi was not good. The TV was difficult to figure out, was unplugged for one thing and I think that was because the last patron couldn't figure out how to turn it off. Can not find the guide. TV system is outdated.

Breakfast was fine. Same as most hotels. Restaurant staff was very helpful and pleasant .

The bathtub drained too slowly, by the time my shower was complete I was ankle deep in dirty water. The hallways were very dusty and my room smelled a bit musky like it had flooded at some point. The bed was comfortable but the pillows were too soft. No microwave

The location worked well for me, and the staff were friendly. The breakfast buffet was better stocked this trip as well.

The breakfast. Room was dark. A bit depressing. Not abundant. We arrived at around 9 so items were sparce. Though some items were replenished. Seemed breakfast experience was an afterthought. Orange juice looked scary thin . Coffee was good- almost saved the day. Bread to big for toaster. Felt i was in a hotel that once was prosperous but is now trying to stay above water. Thank you. Good Luck. Next time I will try a smaller cozier spot. But room was clean and comfy so might choose to return. Price good.

The air conditioning unit in the room didn’t work very well. Also noticed the fixtures in the bathroom were very rusty.

Checkin and checkout was simple. The employees were great.

It was starting to feel ‘run-down’. Little things like burned out light bulbs, dark foyer, closed sections/floors due to lack of use, etc. The parking lot, at most, had 8 vehicles. The grounds, trees, shrubs, flower beds were all overgrown and uncared for. The attached restaurant was desolate, with the exception of breakfast. There were no menus, no liquor behind the bar, didn’t see any staff. The whole place just had a feeling of foreclosure.

It was very quiet and attached to a major fitness facility, with pool, gym, track , etc. The hotel check-in staff, cleaning staff and restaurant staff(breakfast) were all extremely helpful and friendly.

The toilet in our room had a slow leak and kept randomly slow flushing throughout the night which made sleeping difficult

That the keys to the room never worked properly for the whole weekend. Made several trips down to front desk to reset the keys. Also there was one time I went down to reset the keys and was told the reader wasn't working and had to wat for about 10 to 15 min for it to reset. Almost late for my appointment at another facility.

All the rec facilities near by. Also clean hotel. Except for very bad hallway between facilities.

The view was a wall and broken air conditioner. The wifi did not work. The shower was cold. The toilet would run randomly quite loudly, we had to shut the bathroom door to sleep.

definitely needed to have more lights on for breakfast and put a garbage can by the toast as well as the coffee section. They need to fix the toilet in room 371as it would run every few minutes, Did not get a chance to tell them at the hotel

Couldn’t figure out how to use the shower. Weird how massive the place was with no people. That’s unfortunate.
