The parking did not feel safe at all. In the hotel, they have notices everywhere reminding you of the car theft problem.

The ice machine was broken. There was little water pressure in the shower because it all went out of the faucet. We alerted the front desk but no one fixed the run faucet and no one mentioned the ice machine would be repaired. They just said go to the machine 2 floors away.

The staff were pleasant and helpful. The room was a good size. The dinner we had was good.

Friday night when we went to the pool at 9pm. There was a private swimming lesson happening and the instructor had asked everyone to stay on one side of pool but then kept using the whole pool for the lesson. It was uncomfortable so we opted to leave and instead enjoyed the pool area the next morning.

Inside the hotel was decent very homey. Although nowhere did it mention that the outside of the building was under construction, I was very displeased and confused. Don’t get me wrong i didn’t mind that it was under construction but they should give guest a warning. And the parking is non existent there is room for maybe 20ish cars with 6 of those being handicap or for exclusive members. Overall very underwhelmed with my stay.

Everything was great! Sign in was smooth, room was clean and cozy and the pool/gym was a great bonus. Upon arrival, the outside of the building was completely under construction but that didn’t affect our stay one bit.

The hotel is under renovation and the holiday inn sign was very small we did not see it. Room lighting is low

The beds were comfortable, breakfast was good but needed more varieties, the Cafe in the lobby was nice, the TV in the room was very big. Parking is spacious.

There are some works being executed in the vicinity of the hotel, from time to time you hear ‘booms ‘ which I think it’s a dynamite.., there was no notifications about it .

Helpful staff at the reception, make check in/out straightforward. Good breakfast.

We didn't know about the construction currently going on when we booked, so that was a bit of a bummer. The construction workers were blasting music outside our room early in the morning. There was also a stain on the curtains and the room is quite dark when just relying on lights. We didn't feel comfortable opening the curtains because the construction workers were right there, so could probably see in. Once construction is complete, this would be like a 9/10 stay, versus the 8/10 I gave this time. I will definitely be back to try this hotel again when it is!

Beds were very comfortable, the location is easy to get to, there's a bus stop right outside the doors, it looks quite nice inside, and the staff are friendly.

Aircon was too noise for the price we paid, we didn’t expect tho be an issue. Exterior of the building was being renovated and was difficult to find, we missed our first attempt to find it.

Easy check in, we booked around midnight without any issues. Reasonable priced and clean.

We didn’t know that the hotel was being renovated until we got there, because there was no clear indication that the hotel was open when we arrived there we thought the hotel had closed.

The location is not great, in the middle of a commercial district. My family likes to walk, so this was not ideal. But it is a great hotel and worth it if you will be driving to explore the area anyway.

The hotel is wonderful, with a beautiful atrium, nice restaurant and bar. There is also a decent pool and hot tub. The staff was great and very helpful.

The room lacked a shoe rack and glass cups. Due to ongoing exterior renovations, it was noisy in the mornings.

I was charged for breakfast for my daughter despite it was free of charge for children. They explained that she is 14 but free breakfast is up to 11. There was no such information in the confirmation of reservation. It was info that child is free of charge and cost of breakfast is included in the final price.
