Their summer prices are kinda out of control . Summer time is busy , however we rented a car for a week cheaper than the 2 nights we stayed .

Had to go downstairs to the check-in counter to ask for more towels (we had 2 towels, but 4 people), only 1 staff members was available for check-in so it took a while, only 1 elevator so we had to use the stairs as the wait was getting long.

Beds were comfortable, rooms were clean, breakfast (especially the pancakes) was great. We were able to get a table quickly even though we arrived for breakfast around 8am. Nice shower with Dove soap/shampoo.

The pool was small and there were very few towels available at the pool. However when going to the desk to ask, the attendant was courteous and gave us regular towels.

The location was close to alot of amenities. Fast food and grocery store, etc

The breakfast room was small, very basic breakfast, not enough space to fit people in and the staff in the kitchen wasn’t very friendly either.

Although the room was comfortable and neat, I felt it was not as clean as it should be. I found hair and dirt gathered on the floor of the bathroom from a previous guest, I am sure the carpet was not vacuumed at all as I found crumbs as well as a lone shoe by the bed from a previous guest, and there was a towel on top of the shower head. I thought it would be better after the daily housekeeping, unfortunately it was not.

We have stayed at other Holiday Inns before and it really is our hotel of choice and one of the reasons is because the included breakfast is always a treat; our kids enjoy it. The gym was nice and the pool was good although a bit small. Onsite laundry was very useful and thankfully I did not have to wait as there was only one washer and one dryer.

I look close to Downtown, but not at all. Need 🚌 or you need on your 🚗. The pictures show the 🏰 but not . Thec clean is not. The last person who used a coffee capsule is an ice bucket. bathroom was sobyeon naemsae urine smell around the toilet. The floor is a cleaning solution, sticky feeling. After using the bathroom,

A little too busy at breakfast. The entrance door issue with street people which of course is no fault of the hotel.

Sound proof is poor, could not sleep well as occupants above my room were extremely noisy they had little kids who were constantly skipping, jumping and playing ball.

The hair left on the floor in the bathroom from previous guests and the extremely slow wait for elevators.

Free car charging on site. Except with only 2 spots could only use the one night. Quiet and couldn't hear other guests around.

The pool, looks a bit too small for the size of the hotel, was under renovation.

The entrance was clean and welcoming. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The complimentary breakfast was really good.

We were happy. We filtered for pools and the pool was getting renod so that was a little disappointing but the value was to much it did not effect the quality of our stay.

The elevator appeared to be in disrepair and unsafe. It grinded and we felt unsafe taking it to the 5th floor!

Outside noise, low lighting and not enough lighting and room rugs look old and worn.

Stores close by, for eating, banking, shopping and purchase of food. Easy access to main highway and facilities. Good breakfast.

I was expecting sleeper and water in the room. It is just my opinion only.

The staff took excellent care of my husband's parents who are elderly.
