The "elevator music" in the main lobby is a bit annoying and not necessary, in my opinion.

The shower was the best I've ever had in a Hotel with ridiculously good water pressure. Holiday Inns have both soft and firm pillows on each bed. The included breakfast at all Holiday Inns are really good with both hot and cold food items. There is something for everyone. The breakfast room is bright and comfortable. This Hotel is clean, safe, and quiet.

There was a fragrance spraying at the front door that was quite strong and would have been terrible for someone with a perfume allergy

Pretty good but should have had some egg options without meat. Also the lids did not stay up, and there was really no counter space which made it very hard to dish up. Staff were helpful though.

The vending machine company …. Third floor nothing hardly in machine n main floor are 12 dollars of mine n wouldn’t return my money and all digital stuff was in French … I’m sorry Alberta isn’t Quebec I wasn’t impressed and the number o was given was too many numbers to contact to text !!! Never again will I support the vending company

We really did not like that the the tv's seemed old and there cable was really bad choices for shows. There was no option to rent a movie , very basic . We also didn't like that the tv in the fitness room wasn't working and the hot tub was full and jets on but guests were not allowed in.

It's often customary to present ID to verify that you are the person who will be occupying the room. What is not customary is for staff to copy information from your drivers license onto their database. I don't want that information on any hotel database and will not allow that to happen again.

Location is excellent for those traveling on the Yellowhead. Close to shopping and restaurants. Room was clean, comfortable and the heating/cooling system is very quiet.

The staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful. Rooms are a good size and pet friendly. They offer Dove soap, shampoo and conditioner. Breakfast is very good and they have so many options.

electrical outlets were well worn making it difficult to plug in electronic chargers and accessories

Breakfast was too late in the morning for my schedule. Room was great money value. Room was exceptional with the bath amenities. The bar counter was a great and simple conversation location. Will return for another visit.
