How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Breakfast was excellent! I'd also like to give a special shoutout to two exceptional staff members who assisted us during breakfast over our two-night stay—Maita and Abby. They were incredibly attentive, friendly, and accommodating throughout our visit. They went out of their way to ensure we were comfortable and that everything we needed was readily available. Their warm hospitality truly made our mornings more enjoyable. Thank you to Maita and Abby for the outstanding service!

If you check in late, you may have some difficulty with parking, but the worst of that is that you might have to park at the back of the building.
Second stay at this hotel, and both times we have been impressed by the simplicity and comfort of the stay. The staff are super courteous, professional, and friendly, the place is perfectly clean and very comfortable. There is a hot breakfast in the morning, which is well-equipped with well-cooked food. Other options are also available for those who prefer things like cereal or toast. 11 am checkout time makes for a comfortable pace to your morning. Very quiet.

Not making us wait to get our room for over an hour and a half because hotel could not find our reservation from Booking.com as the reservation code had 2 extra digits, 10 vs the Holiday Inns required 8 digit standard code causing major confusion

The Air conditioner was preset which made the room hot but after speaking with front desk, it was resolved by sending a tech to make adjustments.
Breakfast was awesome, location was everything.

The usb outlets were broken, and the blackout shade was pulling off of the wall.

Maybe….clean pool deck a little more but not gross or dirty. Also I don’t know there was a button to turn on the slide water. Another guest knew all worked out fine. Kids had a blast in the pool.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. It has great amenities like pool and fitness gym. They serve amazing breakfast buffet. The beds are comfortable and the room is clean. It has an excellent location as it's only 5 mins away from our relatives place. We'll stay here again and would highly recommend.

One thing that caught our attention is that there is a hard strain of light shampoo or body soap in the tub. It’s unnoticeable that’s why.
Location, hotel itself is awesome, staffs are all welcoming and hospitable. Food is great they always make sure that trays are refilled.

Only negative about my experience, was that we stayed for only one night. I would have loved to be able to extend our stay. Everything was fantastic, not a single negative!
The breakfast was not at all what I expected. It more than exceeded my expectations. The facility itself was clean and staff was friendly. The pool was used quite often by me and my kids during our short stay.

Everything went fine, according to plan, and was everything we needed for our stay. Don't have any negative feedback, to be honest.
Location is a bit odd to get to, but we used to live in that area of the city, so we were familiar. We didn't spend much time on the property, so we didn't get a chance to check out the other facilities offered. Also didn't have a chance to sample the hot breakfast, but the cold and to go kind of items were of good variety, and the fact that hot breakfast is offered is great for when not pressed for time. Coffee was good.
