Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. CanadaRicky’s restaurant on location was great. Excellent food! However our double occupancy room only gave us 4 vouchers for 2 nights with the three of us in the room. We did make it work for us all to have breakfast but it would be nice to have a voucher for each person considering that breakfast is included with the rate of accommodation

CanadaThe Ricky’s all night grill closed a little early. But there are plenty of quick bites around the property. I found a Mary Brown’s.
I booked this one for the location. I had an early morning meeting in the industrial part of Edmonton. This hotel was perfect for my needs. I enjoyed soaking the hot tub both late at night and after breakfast. I had it all to myself before check out. I found the staff very friendly and helpful. Good vibes.

CanadaWhile breakfast was included in the price of my room and we received coupons for a complimentary meal, our experience at Ricky's All Day Grill was extremely disappointing. The food was poorly prepared, the quality was unacceptable, and the service was far from satisfactory. However, what happened at the end of our meal was even more troubling. After expressing our dissatisfaction by deciding not to leave a tip, the waitress serving our table did not let us leave. She brought the payment machine and stood by our table until we felt pressured to tip. When I explained that we would not be tipping due to the poor service, she even asked if we had cash. This behavior was unprofessional and entirely inappropriate, especially given the circumstances. To make matters worse, we ended up with upset stomachs after that meal. Needless to say, we will never dine at that restaurant again, even if it's free. I wanted to bring this to your attention as I believe such experiences reflect poorly on both the hotel and the restaurant.
