I liked this place. Full sized fridge instead of a mini, windows open, good air conditioning and heating option. parking and exterior well maintained. I checked in a little earlier than the time, staff was not fussy about it, they allowed me in.

The approach is kind of complicated, you can see the Motel right there from the highway, but the way service road is engineered, did not know how to get there. Also the AC is not set on Celsius, need to calculate. Could hear the train on the train track.

It appears that it was remodeled recently, as just about everything was new.

The bathtub stopper wasn't working properly. However, when we reported it, the issue was quickly resolved for the night, as we had checked in late in the evening.

The facilities were recently renovated and it was well done. Really nice room.

Location of the TV was not the best. Fan remote did not work.

Location for travel is stellar. Love the access to restaurants and the pet friendly Inn! Close to Mr.Mikes which is also pet friendly on the patio. Love comfort of the space. From the snacks and water bottles to the TV set up. The beds are great as is the bath and shower. We will stay every time we pass through the mountains. This was our second visit and we love it.

The one thing that was a challenge this time was the heat in the secondary room. The fan would only be on if the light was on a delay. We thought we got it to turn off but alas at 330am the light came on and we had to shut the fan off. I could've asked for help if this was a daytime issue but not going to call for help that time of the day. Sleep was good otherwise. Next time I'll ask for a demo.

Everything in the room worked properly. There was a kitchenette with all the dishes you may need. There was ice in the freezer. The water pressure was great. The room was nice and clean. The bed was great.

There should be a roll of paper towel and a tea towel in the kitchen. Should have been 2 extra rolls of toilet paper. Should have been salt and pepper. There was a gap under the door which needed a door sweep/seal installed.

Was comfortable, the room looked clean, liked the white towels and sheets.

Would have liked disposable tumblers, more sanitary, don't like grouting on the floors, very hard to clean thoughly, if someone has a foot issue. Well you get the picture. The inside was nice, the outside look is very poor. Maybe a paint job in a light color? Also would have liked a breakfast.

Newly renovated kitchenette rooms. Very clean, and everything we needed.

The Trains rolling bye. Put it’s a personal problem for me as I like it really quite. But I managed to sleep good.

Huge bed bigger than any hotel I’ve stayed in before. Very clean. The room had a kitchen with a fridge, stove and microwave. There was even complimentary snacks and water. Great value for a motel.

Ceiling fan remote didn’t work. The fan was connected to the light, and since we didn’t want the fan on, we had to leave one of the lights off. I also didn’t like how the ventilation fan was connected to the bathroom light. The smaller bed was a bit too soft.

Perfectly located for us. Minutes to Jarvis lake and an easy drive to Jasper for the day. Very clean room with a great layout and comfortable beds. Felt like a tiny apartment which worked great for my daughter, sister and me. We didn’t use the stove but the fridge and dishes came in handy. They are dog friendly too for a small fee per night which was entirely reasonable. Close to the visitor centre which had plenty of green space for me to walk the dog. It was also very quiet, although it was located next to the highway and the railroad tracks. You could hear the traffic and the trains, but it didn’t bother us at all. We would absolutely stay here again.

Check in was easy; gal who checked me was polite, friendly, helpful and kind. Room was great, clean and newly renovated.There was a little draft coming through the bottom of the door but sliding the door mat up against the door did the job.😊 Bed was comfortable; added plus was the full kitchen with dishes, pots and cleaning supplies too. The added touch was the water bottles and snack size chips on the kitchen counter. All the conveniences of home. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others. Thank you
