tasty breakfast

Loved the hospitality from Norm and Mitsuko! The room was nice and spacious, bedding was very comfy after a long day of hiking. Best of all was their breakfast! They were also so kind to let me drop off some of my items the night before. It's a full brunch with egg, sausage, potato, salad and a bunch of fruits. Truly beats all hotel breakfasts I've had.

Constant noise from the room day and night earplugs provided but not easy to sleep with them.Bed was v close to sliding door to en-suite which couldn’t close fully so little privacy in the bathroom. Bedroom was not v big and description of garden view was not what I was expecting

Amazing breakfast, great accommodation and lovely hosts!

We enjoyed the amount of space devoted to guests, outdoor seating options, complete morning breakfasts, the cleanliness, the friendliness of the hosts and the ideal proximity to the historic downtown and beaches.

Good to come in the daylight, as access to this property is in an alley. My own fault, but didn’t readily see a plug in source to recharge our vehicle. Parking is tight. Noise level from the vehicle traffic from the bridge connecting West Kelowna to Kelowna proper is pretty heavy at most times - the hosts do provide earplugs, but you may want to bring your own comfortable earpieces.

Breakfast was simple but healthy, love their coffee. Location was great, it's just 5 minutes drive to the downtown.

It could be better if not close to the highway.

A bit warm in bedrooms, ran air conditioner and ceiling fan a lot.

This was truly one of the best accommodation experiences my husband and I have ever experienced. We were in town for a triathlon and Mitsuko and Norm were incredibly kind and just delightful hosts. They were also very accommodating and even made us a packed breakfast for the day of the race since we wouldn't be around during breakfast time. Both that and the 'proper' breakfast we had the day after were absolutely delicious. I highly recommend you go here and I hope I get the chance to stay there again!

I’m not used to sharing with owners and other guests, however everyone was lovely.

Location was perfect. Residential area but a 5-minute walk to the downtown area and all the action. Breakfast was wonderful too. We had to leave early on the last morning so the inn-keepers made us bagged breakfast to take on the road.

We found a good B&B in Kelowna before heading to the Rockies. Mitsuko respond very quick when we have questions and gave us a good information(Restaurants and wineries). Although we suddenly changed our check-in time, she provided us rooms earlier than check-in time. Overall this B&B is very comfortable to stay,(very clean, very convenience location from downtown and beach, delicious breakfast) We highly recommend to stay this place.

Room was hot even using air conditioner and air conditioner is loud. I can't open the window so I fell a bit stuffy. It is close to highway so can hear noise. bathroom ceiling(sink area) is a bit low so if a tall person, might reach his head.

Extremely clean and comfortable accommodation - the king size bed was the most comfortable I've slept in in Canada. Everything needed was provided with lots of little extra touches. The location was close to three downtown but tucked away in a quiet location. The hosts were welcoming and provided a delicious breakfast.

The B&B is in a great location for downtown and beaches. We had a very comfortable stay here and would definitely recommend it. The hosts went above and beyond to provide us with a takeaway breakfast when we had to check out early.

Spacious and beautiful home with many comfortable common areas; owners are lovely and accommodating people. In a good location for Kelowna. Decent breakfast.

I generally enjoyed my stay, but there are a few things guests might want to know about: 1) Although air conditioning is listed as a feature, there is no air conditioning in the rooms themselves. While there is a portable air conditioner in the main (common) area, I'm not sure how effective this would be during really warm weather, especially if you wanted to keep the door to your room shut. This was not an issue during my stay as the weather was unseasonably cool for late June, but if the weather was warmer it would have been disappointing to not have in-room AC, especially because two of the bedrooms are on the top floor and presumably get warm. 2) You cannot lock your bedroom door from the outside - so when you are not in your room, there is no security for your valuables. 3) The room itself is fairly small, and the door to the ensuite bathroom is a barn door that leaves a bit of a gap between it and the wall. I stayed alone, but this is not ideal if you are staying with a partner.
