Due to a change in my credit cards, which i used to book through a third-party app, I arrived to learn my room wasn't reserved. The staff member booked me into a room near my friend's room and signed me up for the points program to reduce the room's cost.

There was no water in the room and the vending machine took our money and would not give it back. We put $3 in and the machine said we had $1 credit but would return no change and dispense no water.

The staff were friendly to the point of being charismatic. The breakfast was very good and the beds were super comfortable. The best sleep I had on the whole trip.

I was told that our room was not yet ready, but I would receive a phone call when it was. I returned one hour later after no phone call to see a new staff person at the check in desk. Communication could be tightened up.

The cost is high and while I recognize it costs money to give such good service, esp in High Level, it is hard in these times. If you could either reduce price without affecting staff salaries (as they weee exceptional). Also , if pool hours could be extended until 11pm for those doing long drives that would be great. Kudos to the pool staff as well.

Very clean, great breakfast, very caring positive staff. Esp Teresa (?- in the breakfast area) a housekeeper cleaning in our hall the day we checked out (do not remember her name but she has one blue eye and one brown eye- she was very kind, efficient and made us feel comfortable), Damian and the other gentleman at the main desk were welcoming it felt like being welcomed by friends. It was a lovely stay after a long drive. Kudos to the pool staff as well.

Everything was good the only thing was someone who had stayed before us had stuck gum on the wall behind the door to go outside not blaming the cleaning staff just thought I’d mention it was not in a good place to have caught it. Who ever was there before us was trying to be ignorant. Otherwise pool was good breakfast was awesome .

Beds could use an upgrade

The breakfast was pretty good, but found the hashbrowns pretty greasy. Kids loved the pool.

Could have used some updates. The carpet was pretty worn and some of our lights flickered. Nothing too crazy - just things wearing out is all.

The fire alarm was pulled which was very confusing for our kids, otherwise everything would have been 5 stars, but between that and the power being out when we woke up in the morning, it was just a bit tough keeping the kids happy and unworried. Not the staff nor the hotels fault.

I loved the cleanliness, good smelling rooms. The best of all.. the eggs are freshly cooked I means it's like home cooked eggs unlike with other hotels it was frozen then re heat but here it was so good! Overall all we will definitely return here. Look at the eggs 😍👍👍👍

One of the reason why we booked in this hotel is because of pool, but then pool only open 4-10pm..we came late night at check out in the morning. Wasn't able to swim so it's kinda disappointing to us.

The pull out couch was a little difficult to open. The second bedroom without an air conditioning unit was stuffy and too warm. It would be nice if the pool was opened earlier for the kids.

Breakfast was wonderful. Devine was so helpful with our grandkids. Front desk staff was extremely helpful and accommodating when we were uncertain whether highway 3 would reopen for us to get home to yellowknife.
