This is a basic motel — nothing fancy, but it gets the job done. The linens were clean, and while the air conditioner was noisy, it worked well. It's a decent place to stay for a night. A special thanks to the concierge — a very friendly and helpful guy who made our short stay more pleasant.

A typical old motel, not close to the point of interest, okay for an overnight stay. Everything is old, but the price is reasonable. You can spend the night, nothing more.

The TV wasn't working which was probably because the new management had just installed a new set and it wasn't fully set up yet.

There was no breakfast but the staff came in and adjusted the TV because we couldn't get the station.

The only problem I had was the button to lower the temperature in the room was broken. The setting was at 86 F and it was pretty warm for sleeping.

The room was roomy, nice and clean. The shower was good, The TV was fine and the fridge kept my drinks cold.

Owner and staff are very friendly and helpful. Location of the place is not too close to the fall but is walkable. Surrounding is good for daily life like food and drink. The room is big and clean although a bit old. There is also microwave provided.

I stayed there for 3 days, but the room is not being cleaned everyday because there are only two employees handling, I think, more than 20 unit rooms. Instead of complaining, I was the one who adjusted since its just a budget hotel. I would like to comment on the bed where I slept. It was not even, the other side is higher compared to the other side, which means that some of the facilities are old and need to be replaced.

The location is just a bus away to the Niagara Falls, but sometimes it takes time for the bus to come. The two Filipino staff were polite and attended to my needs. The hotel is situated in a peaceful neighborhood. Its a budget-friendly hotel, but my 3-day stay was quite comfortable.

The front desk closes at 10pm. We didn't get in until almost midnight. This was inconvenient - for an extra charge the staff allowed us to check in late. The first night we slept in the lumpiest most uncomfortable bed. The room was also not that clean. I saw mysterious brown splatters under the sink and on the walls in the bathroom. We told the staff and we were moved to a different room where the bed was much more comfortable and the room was cleaner in general.

The staff were friendly and accommodating and the location was great - close enough to Niagara Falls, but far enough to escape the noise and the crowds.

I did like how dirty was around the inn. On the side big holes with broken glass. Very dirty and smelly. You walk to the stairs and you can hear only glass under your shoes. Main office was closed before 11 pm and our card did not work. Called number for an hour and then they answered and help us! Awfull

The road next to the motel was pretty noisy at most times but I guess this can't be blamed on the motel at all.

the motel is in an excellent spot if you want to reach the Niagara Falls by foot. Our room had a smart TV which ran Netflix. We once had an issue with our toilet constantly flushing every 5 minutes or so - talked to the staff and they fixed it within no time. They were exceptionally friendly and helpful in general. Plenty of parking spots were provided. If you're looking for a nice vegetarian Indian place for dinner - consider yourself lucky as a restaurant is right across the street.

The room had a double bed rather than a queen size bed. And the TV reception was poor.

The staff were very friendly and accommodated our needs for a ground level room. They also provided useful information to help us find our way around in Niagara Falls.
