My room was unbelievably noisy. I think this was because of the kitchen extractor fan, but it was an astonishing level of noise, didn't finish until late and started again early.

The staff were friendly, and the restaurant / bar atmosphere was welcoming. My margarita was very good!

There was a loud, low hum that came and went through the night. It persisted even when it seemed like the AC was off. It was hard to get to sleep because of it.

The music was turned on blaringly loud at 8:00 am in the restaurant/bar below our room which was a little too early for our liking.

Attached to a pub. Very noisy hallway, and loud guests, was woken up several times as you can hear doors slamming and other guests very easily. Small rooms.

Cleanliness is everything and this place makes the mark. It’s also delightful and family owned forever. One of the few places I’ll always be happy to return to.

The accommodations were completely adequate so the things I didn't like were personal to me.

I liked the rustic look of the building and the modern look of the rooms. I was great that there was a good pub for dinner and that there was parking available for my pickup and long trailer. I'm also a motorcycle rider and this place is obviously a great destination for motorcyclists.

It was available at the last minute we needed a place to stay. Staff were nice and helpful. The resto-bar within the property was a convenient place for lunch and dinner. Not open for breakfast though.

The only thing is that there are some stains on the towels but I normally bring mine so it's not really a big issue for me. One more thing, the wall was not that soundproof, but I did get a restful sleep that night.

It's just 20 minutes away from Harrison Hot Springs and I do like the location as it is much quieter. The staff who helped us with check-in was very nice. The staff was very welcoming and let us check in 1 hour earlier than the scheduled check-in time. The room was neat and tidy, with complimentary coffee capsules and a fridge that works really well. It even has a microwave which is a surprise to me. The bathroom looked newly renovated and it had everything we need (shampoo, conditioner, hairdryer,etc)

The only place to sit is on the bed and two extra pillows would make it a lot more comfortable.

Prior to my arrival I had questions about needing to have an early check-in time in order to attend an event in the area. I did not get any response from anyone even though I tried for 2 weeks via email and phone call. In the end we just showed up early and hoped we could get into our room to freshen up for our event. It all worked out, but a response ahead of time would have been nice. The restaurant doesn’t open until 11am and doesn’t serve breakfast.

The property was very close to the wedding we were attending. The staff we met were friendly and helpful. There is a restaurant attached to the property.. we stopped for a quick bite prior to an event. The service was fast and the food was good.

The codes to the main entrance and to the rooms themselves were not easy to get to work - I entered my main door code for two couples who were having trouble.
