Canadathe view was of a roof. We had three guest s on the record for being in the room and no matter how many times we asked for items in threes they never did arrive. The front patio had beer and wine bottles and glasses on it from the night before when we went for coffee.

United StatesVery nice job on the remodel, except leaving the lights on the patio on all night long was a huge disappointment. I had to leave the "blackout" curtain closed all the way, all night, instead of being able to sit outside in the evening under the stars looking out at the harbor lights or watch the moon from bed. Really missed seeing the Salt Spring night sky. The light in the bathroom was motion-sensitive, which meant it came on in the middle of the night when I walked into the bathroom, this is a terrible experience, I had to tape a bandaid over it so I wouldn't have trouble getting back to sleep.
The bed was very comfortable, and the room was spacious for me to do my morning tai chi. The lighting was good, the curtains worked, the "closet" was roomy. Really appreciated the nespresso maker and the in-room fridge. Also the chilled lemonade and lemon water in the reception area. Location was super!

CanadaThe coffee was poor. Had to ask for an ice bucket and track down liners for the ice. Daily cleaning was cursory. Supplies not always replaced. eg. sugar, toilet paper. Debris we tracked in from beach walk at our entrance was not swept up. Chair looked worn. Carpets stained in places. We would have appreciated knowing there was a microwave available for guests.
The view is spectacular. The balcony spacious. Most staff were friendly and accommodating. We were allowed to stay a couple of hours past checkout which was very appreciated. Bedding and towels were high quality. Ice water, lemonade and lemon water were available 24/7

CanadaThe restaurant onsite was easily one of the worst dining experiences we have had. The restaurant was empty when we arrived at about 11:30 am. There was one server who was very inexperienced and should not have been left alone unsupervised. Our meal took an hour to arrive at the table. When you are the only one in the restaurant its a bit concerning. When finally the food arrived, some of it was overcooked and some undercooked. We didn't even eat half of it. It was horrible.
The rooms are clean and spacious, lots of counter space and a great view. They allowed us to store our e-bikes inside which was nice. The front desk staff were friendly and accomodating.

The staffs are helphpful and kind. The location is ocean front and quiet. The parking spaces are plentiful. The room is basic but spacious and new. Despite remote location, wifi is good.

CanadaIt’s conveniently located right in the town by the harbour (as its name suggests). You can tell the hotel is upgraded with new furnishings. The small little things adds up: The front desk service (although understaffed) was impeccable. Because there was only one person working, there was a long wait, and the staff gave us an upgrade to an ocean facing room. Small gift upon checking for the guests.

CanadaWater is too hot - could easily get scalded. Shower leaked and not enough places to hang towels. Separate packets of sugar instead of opening napkin/S&P packet every time - picked some up at the restaurant for the next day. Microwave would be nice. Luggage rack to put suitcase on. Room very clean but outside balcony needed sweeping and table and chairs needed wiping down - very dirty and bird poop on the chair.
