The stay was very good, nice, clean and quiet. Owners are friendly and supportive, have a lot of information from them, regarding local things to do and to visit.

Nothing to add except perhaps consider adding curtains to the windows in the king suite. The early morning sunlight might bother some guests although we were fine and getting up early regardless.

Nestled on the hillside this venue sits in a perfect spot overlooking the lake. Framed by huge trees, we loved sitting on the deck outside to enjoy a delicious breakfast. The owners are amiable and provide friendly conversation. After arriving, in the early evening, they provided a snack of beverages with charcuteries. Exceptional and lovely. We will recommend this location to others and return ourselves in the future.

We had the best night’s sleep of our trip here so far! The bed was very comfortable and it was so quiet and peaceful. We were able to use the outside space and we were made to feel very welcome. I would definitely recommend!

Sharing the suite with another couple. Although we knew walking in that that was the deal, it just would have been absolutely perfect if we didn’t. We had our own bathroom though! Just shared common spaces.

The view on the deck was amazing, the hosts are so lovely, the bed is cozy and location is perfect. And Randy’s breakfasts are a must! Don’t hesitate.

The rushes of our time.

We arrived early in hopes of checking in, but the previous guests had just left, so the room hadn’t been cleaned yet — no worries, though; it never hurts to try. We headed out to a lunch function and returned later, where we were warmly greeted by the owner. As he showed us to our room, the view of the lake and mountains was absolutely stunning. The owner was very kind, and after settling us in, he offered us a glass of wine on the upper balcony. Once again, the view was spectacular. We sat and chatted for about 45 minutes before heading out to the second part of our event. The house, the room, and the hospitality were all exceptional. I don’t usually leave reviews, but this experience absolutely deserves a 10/10. I only wish we had more time to stay longer — and enjoy that second glass of wine and more great conversation. What an outstanding breakfast and eating it on the deck added a fantastic view of the lake. Johanna and Randy are excellent hosts. Enjoyed our chats and were made feel right at home. To top it off when we got there earlier than scheduled it was no problem, we were shown to our room immediately. Then at 4:45 we were invited up to the deck area for crackers, cheeses, salmon spread and wine.

It was a great place to rest and recharge after a long day of driving - it was in a peaceful and serene neighbourhood, and its premises were beautiful and clean, with a perfect view of Blind Bay! The very hospitable and warm hosts - Johanna and Randy - only made the experience even more memorable. We were welcomed with wine and great food recommendations around Blind Bay upon arrival. We opted for the breakfast the next morning and it was truly exceptional - one of the best meals we have ever had and it was home cooked by Randy! If you are ever in the area, we cannot recommend this guesthouse enough.

Very friendly and knowledgeable of the area for places to eat and attractions to see nearby. Thank you for the suggestion to visit nearby Margret Falls. A hidden gem that was well worth seeing. The complimentary arrival beverage was a nice addition and appreciated. Home cooked breakfast was delicious.
