How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

The beds were a bit uncomfortable, and the fan/AC was blowing directly onto the second bed, which made it hard to sleep. If we adjusted the temperature, one side of the room became too hot.
I was very satisfied with my stay. I traveled with my 9-month-old baby and felt very comfortable. The room had a small kitchenette area where I could easily wash bottles in the sink. Breakfast was delicious, varied, and always hot. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. The playpen provided for my baby was very useful. I also really appreciated the 24/7 coffee available in the lobby. The hotel was quiet, clean, and perfect for families. Its location close to downtown was also a big plus.

If swimming is pool having blue under water lights at night time it would be great with dark hall lights.
Excellent service and friendly staff. Very comfortable, clean and specious rooms. Pool hours are amazing it’s open until 11:00 pm.

Loved: -room (decor, beds/linens, desk, comfy chair by window with reading light, large clean washroom, extra sink in room with kitchen items, dark window blind) Normally when I stay in a hotel, I find a few things that are broken/need attention like a cracked lamp shade, dirty curtains, loose drawer handle, etc, but we stayed in this room for 6 days and I didn’t find a single thing that needed attention. Kudos to the maintenance department for keeping up with every detail! -the parking (included, clean, indoor, large spaces, secure) -the facility (great breakfast, warm pool, fitness room, guest laundry, lots of ice machines, quiet hallways, convenient location) -the price (extremely reasonable for the quality and included breakfast and parking) -the staff (everyone I encountered was super friendly greeting us every time, pointing out a parking spot, helping at breakfast, etc)

More seating needed during breakfast hours in eating area.
Large, clean room wirh king-sized bed. Accessibility to 417 highway, but still quiet. Provides outdoor parking for trailers at no additional cost. Great place for a quick overnight stay while getting our daughter set up in her first university apartment.

It’s a little isolated. There aren’t many restaurants and stores close by. You cannot walk into the downtown area from the hotel.

I can't think of anything I didn't like.
The breakfast was great, although busy at times. Our room was large and the beds were comfy. One thing I really appreciated was the extra sink (above the fridge). And, of course, we really liked the heated pool!

It was a bit weird and in my view redundant that we needed to use our key card for literally everything. Even to use the elevator or to enter the hallway!
Our room was very large and well equipped with a kitchenette. There were toiletries including body wash, shampoo and conditioner and enough towels for all of us. AC was well functioning and quiet and the pool was lovely. I liked it that they had their own underground parking lot.

It’s not that we didn’t like the breakfast facilities but the allocated area was far too small for the number of guests that were accessing it. Children were allowed to help themselves which resulted in a mess around the waffle machine, a member of staff did take over the said machine which resulted in a smoother service.
Good location, free parking in a secure garage. Very clean and comfortable room which accommodated the whole family. Lovely pool. Adequate breakfast.
