How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

All good!
The room was very spacious and clean! Reception staff were professional and welcoming. The icing on the cake though was the cleaning lady in the hallway when we were leaving. She was down the hall a ways from our room but when she saw we were leaving she came up to us with the biggest smile to say goodbye and said thanks for staying. Never had this before in any hotel that I have stayed at. She should be commended!

Some of the plugs are not working very well.
The room is bright and open, clean and spacious. The lay out is a bit difference from the traditional ones which is good. Breakfast is OK.

Night manager could be a little friendlier, seems so mad all night. Should smile more.

Doors to rooms are VERY loud and I was woken up several times by them during my 3 night stay. Housekeeping only emptied my garbage and stocked my towels...no other cleaning, including not making my bed.
Nice hotel. Friendly staff. Convenient location for my conference and some shopping.

The Hotel accomodated our request for adjoining rooms as we were travelling with our granddaughter, daughter and son in law. It allowed us to help out when needed. Beds were very comfortable and room was very clean. The hotel staff were very welcoming and friendly. The continental breakfast was very good, hot and a great selection. Hotel is just off the 407 so very handy for us. Hubby said best breakfast he's had at a hotel.

It would be good if the bathroom have room spray, given there is no windows. Also the bath spray wasn't that great
The room was very clean and the staff was very friendly. I stayed for a whole week with no issues. The location is quite good for amenities and as a tourist to visit places.

The housekeeping staff were reluctant to leave any coffee or toilet paper for us. We were 3 people in the room and started off with 2 packs of coffee, 2 days later, when they came to clean, they did not leave any or any toilet paper. I had to go to reception and ask every day for coffee packets. On the 2nd last day, when they came in, they gave us new towels but left all the dirty towels in our bathtub. The ice machine on our floor didn't work, staff was informed, but it still didn't work on our 7th day.
The location of the hotel was perfect for us. The hotel was clean, and the room was spacious. We enjoyed the pool and the gym. The desk staff were very friendly and helpful and always ready to help me when I went down. Breakfast every morning was very good. We really did enjoy our stay, aside from the lack of coffee left in our room.

Pool was closed. Breakfast so so. Rubbery egg and unappetising sausage patty.
The ev charging was the most important. Excellent. And the staff also excellent.

Hot water in the shower was non-existent, even after 10min waiting and washing in the cold. There was hot water in the sink taps the next morning. Perhaps this is a 6th floor issue. Pillows could use a change out.
Great location, very clean and friendly staff. Breakfast area and dining was very nice. Room was very spacious and comfortable. Liked that there wasn’t carpet. Floors were very clean. Would stay there again.

Bit pricey, no discount for CAA or government on top of booking price. Soaps and lotions are way too perfumed smelling. Bed and pillows could be a bit more comfy too.

Mom was in crisis in nursing home so had to come down. Price hike was a bit much. Joined hilton loyalty to try and help future pricing.

The staff was the only issue. We were staying for a concert, three girls. We went through a lot of towels and facecloths. The staff were very stingy with them when we would ask for more. They would visibly be annoyed when we would ask for more, they’d ask how many we needed we say 4 of each they’d give us two and say you can ask for more later. Once the desk girl asked her coworker a male to get us some and he rolled his eyes. It was just a really jarring experience to have over the use of towel, very weird. Then once the guy brought the towel up with us and came in to take all of our used towels, it almost seemed like they thoguht we were lying or stealing hotel towels. It was just a very rude experience over something so small.
