Shower was a bit cramped and the shower head was at a akward hight. Not alot of parking and at night there was alot of vagrant people

A Prairie Jewel Last night we stayed at Grant Hall Hotel in Moose Jaw Saskatchewan.  I can honestly say that when we drove up to the property,  I wasn't sure what kind of experience we were in for, but we were in for a surprise.  When we entered the lobby area, the interior was elegant and was so clean it absolutely shone.  Grant Hall exudes an elegance and old world charm from a bygone era.  One can tell there was alot of care and thought put into the restoration and decor, which definitely appealed to the history buff in me. The Staff were welcoming and attentive.  When she found out that this was the first time we were staying at the hotel, the clerk at the front desk immediately upgraded our room, which was completely upexpected. Our room was spacious and spotless.  The bed was extremely comfortable and we spent a restful night. The next day we ate at the hotel dining room.  Our waitress was friendly and very knowledgeable about the local attractions.   Our lunch was brought to us in a timely manner, the food was delicious and reasonably priced. We will definitely be staying at Grant Hall Hotel again the next time we will be in Moose Jaw.

They need more designated parking.

The retrofit was spectacular, with care to the details of the old hotel, even though it was different. The staff were welcoming and informative and seemed happy to be working there. The room was clean and comfortable. We had breakfast there both mornings and it was good.

The only drawback we noticed was the soft mattress and uncomfortable pillows.

Wonderful place, with a charming interior, polite staff, and a generally pleasant atmosphere. We were pleased with the drinking water in the room (other hotels often overlook this detail) and the ceramic cups (no unnecessary plastic). Everything was clean. The room was quiet, with no outside noise, which is important to me. There is live music in the restaurant in the evening. Dinner, breakfast, and the service were all enjoyable.

Big park across the back street is not dog friendly, so a bit limited on green space.

It was a beautiful grand old hotel. Loved the dining room with wait staff in dress code black and white complete with ties. Service was amazing as was the food! We had grandchildren with us who were in AWE!

Room 402: the bathroom door make an enormous crackling, loud sound. You can’t close it , because when opening it you disturb all clients on this floor. We left the room so the cleaning staff could replenish it, but upon returning, a few hours later later, nothing had been done!
