I had booked the family room where it advertised 3 queen beds and when we got there it was doubles and NOT queens. There was no option to call down to the front desk and the people who had the room above us would not stop jumping around until about 130am. The hotel knew that 6 people were coming and towels were there only for 4 people.

The breakfast that was included with the stay was decent. Good food and options. The staff was willing to help and room was clean.

The cleaning in the bathrooms could have been better. There was dirt in the corners with hair. Also there was for the coffee maker only one regular coffee while there was 3 decafs.

The ppl on the upper floor disturbed us till 1 am , I don’t know why they were jumping that late in the night. I don’t think it was Delhi for the money it was quite expensive

Hotel is alongside the Trans Canada highway, and by a truck car park so there is some noise when staying in a room at the front, however the double glazing is very effective so overall not an issue.

Easy to find, convenient location and good base for the various national parks. Great set up for families with 2 bedrooms and a lounge area inside the same suite - and spacious too. There is a coin-operated guest laundry room on the ground floor. Friendly staff who made us feel welcome and ensured a very smooth check in and check out.

Kids running around could be heard for a long way due to inadequate soundproofing. Room rates too high for class of hotel - Golden is not Banff.

Wifi didn’t work possibly because we were on top floor all the way to one end. Bedrooms light and bright but living area has no windows so it’s a bit dark and dingy unless bedroom doors are open to let light through.

If you come later for the breakfast - there might be very little or nothing left. It will be refilled, but might need to wait. Just consider this if you need to leave at certain time. In our room WI-FI signal was weak. Used our mobile internet most of the time.

In general, nice hotel with a pool. The bed was comfortable. We asked for extra blankets and they were provided. There are restaurants close to the location. Nice breakfast and polite staff.

The noise from the guests in room above. From about 5am they were continually walking backwards and forwards across the room. For a hotel of Ramada/Wyndham standard we would have expected better insulation between the floors especially considering the room rates. Soundproofing non-existent!

Only problem was the poor electrical connections for TV and other items. Plug was difficult to access and the TV was unusable. The next morning at check out the person on reception said that we could have been given another room. However, we had already unpacked for a 1 night stay so didn't hink it was worth the effort
