There is no air conditioning.

It was in a lovely quiet location. The chairlift was working and gave a great view over the valley. The Grizzly Refuge was interesting - the fact that Boo was utilised in a 10 year research project that lead to the re introduction of currently 37 grizzlies back into the wild.

We didn’t like the very small tv but it did give us Netflix. The wooden end of the bed stuck out and we would bump into it. The gondola being unavailable was very disappointing because then we had to hike over an hour from the top of the chairlift to get to the real hikes we had hoped to do.

We really liked the corner room, the fantastic views the wonderful balcony, and the bed feel. Also the change of sheets and new towels on the 4 th day. The air and temperature were great in the mountains. It was also great to have the dishware and sink. The coffee was very good.

Could have had an iron in room, but one brought up on request. Also no drying racks, but they had a tumble dryer. Somebody needs to give the walls a wipe as you sit at the dining table you are suddenly aware of a whole host of spills that have occurred to your left across most of the wall from head height down. A shame as the cleaning standard otherwise was very good.

Location is very pretty with great views and quiet. Room is like an apartment with good quality machines. Used the laundry facilities in the room. Products (lotions etc) were also good ones.

No air conditioning meant we needed to open windows to sleep comfortably. Unfortunately the patio door screen window didn’t work so we couldn’t open that. Construction crews started at 7 am making lots of noise so kind of ruined our sleep both nights. The opening hours for the restaurants were extremely limited and we weren’t able to stay on the hill to eat

There was no notice that the Gondola was out of service. This severely affected the trip and was the reason we booked there. Not very well marked.

Quiet mountain location with good amenities. The elevator was out in the building we originally booked a king suite. The staff was able to accomodate us in another building where the elevator was available. Since they had no king suites available in the other building they offered us a queen and underground parking at no extra cost

The room needs a thorough cleaning/dusting. There was debris under the furniture and the tops of the baseboards and ceiling fan were very dusty.

The room was spacious and had all of the facilities we required (kitchen, shower, towels, comfortable bed, etc.). There were fans in the bedroom and living room which did help move the warm air around, as there is no A/C. We only stayed one night due to our plans, but this was definitely a place where multiple night stays could be done easily. It felt like a small apartment, rather than a hotel room.

Didn’t like that there was dishes in the cupboards with food on them and not washed. Didn’t like the furniture was all scratched up and worn. The guy at the front desk wasn’t warm and welcoming, he was very matter of fact. I expected more for the amount of money we paid.

Breakfast/Dinner options are limited, it's necessary to drive down into the town for it.

Very comfortable and clean rooms in a cool location. The hot tub was great for relaxing.

Reception was too busy to pick up calls. I called many times to request more towels but never got answered at our first night. But they offered at the 2nd stay after I asked in person.
