You can tell the room has been used by oilfield workers who come back all muddy because it was definitely lacking in cleanliness, specifically in the corners & the walls need a good deep clean. Even the hangers had mud on them. The bathroom counter was dirty in the corner & the inside of the fridge was disgusting. The bed was extremely uncomfortable & both of us had sore backs for the entire next day. It’s almost worth the price, but next time I think I will choose the more expensive option just for the sake of comfort & my back.

To check in you must dial management on a phone on the small lobby desk, the number handwritten and not very visible.

For under a hundred dollars a night, the Fox Creek Inn is very good value. We were able to park directly in front of our 1 bedroom suite. The king bed in the roomy separate bedroom was very comfy, as was the hideabed sofa in the large common area. The suite is on the backside of the property, avoiding the Hwy 43 traffic noise. Both TVs worked well. There was a full size fridge with freezer, a microwave, coffee & a breakfast counter. The renovated bathroom was clean, with plenty of hot water & good water pressure.

The exterior & lobby need TLC. Prospective clients may be turned off, and simply walk to any of several competitors. New lighter coloured curtains would brighten the room considerably.

The property exterior & lobby is dated, so I did not expect a suite with separate bedroom containing a very comfortable king bed, dresser and satellite TV. The full size fridge was a bonus, and the A/C almost instantly cooled the rooms. The best part was the updated, roomy, bright bathroom with a walk in rain head shower. Water temp & pressure was great. This property is very good value for a very reasonable rate.

When I arrived even after making a reservation for the king suite I was first put into a small 2 queen room where the toilet was broken and the tank was running the second I walked in. I wasn't in there long before they realized their mistake and gave me the option to stay in that room or move to the one I reserved. Obviously I went for the one I reserved and already paid in full for... Only apparently not because they then charged me for an upgrade to the room I reserved and already paid for...

The room was comfortable and had more of a Batchelor apparent feel. Everything seemed pretty clean.

I did not stay at property due to the run down and excessively dirty lobby and front desk area. I could not imagine what condition the rooms could be when there was dust and dirt covering every surface at the front desk

The property was comfortable, decently clean and spacious. The shower had great pressure, the beds were comfortable and the TV in the bedroom was large with a great picture. Wanda was super sweet, friendly and accommodating - she even upgraded my room when all the ground level queen rooms were booked so that I didn't have to carry my suitcases upstairs with my bad back.

No one came to thw front desk to check us in. I called the numbers on the sign at the front, no one answered. I waited 20 minutes for help, I could hear people in other parts of the building talking. No one came to help, so we left. We didn't stay at the property.

lady was great, called me after I booked online to let me know everything was good. clean room and the best bed. also feather pillow and others that weren’t in case you can’t have them. Hot, Hot shower as needed. AND a huge tv with Netflix, prime, Crave, and more!
