Great location, very nice hot pool. The room itself felt outdated. The staff were nice. In the end, the convenience of the location was the best part of the stay.

Awesome hot tub caves open until 11pm! Has a Chilis right on side and a parking garage.

It’s like 15 min walk to the city center if you don’t mind walking. Inside of the rooms could be upgraded as it is nothing fancy for that expensive price tag.

it has hot spring. the hotel is not far from the centre of banff town. it takes 10mins to go to the elk hotel, where u can take shuttle bus to gandola.

it seemed someone (not sure thief or some kind of ) broke into the room next to ours. i felt a little bit nervous.

Interesting layout. Lovely, unique hot pool. Laundry facilities were useful.

Another bin in the suites would have been handy rather than just in the bathroom. I couldn’t find a recycling bin either. On the edge of the town.

I wish we would have had a mini fridge and 2 fans because there was no air conditioning.....

Location is very convenient, rooms are clean, staff is friendly.

We booked a one bedroom king suite, for two parents and a teenager. The suite was well equipped, and if there had only been two of us the room would have been great. The king bed was very comfortable.

Our teenager said the sofa bed was very uncomfortable and slept little the first night. The next morning, we complained to the front desk who acknowledged there was a problem with the sofa beds, and put extra bedding on which helped. However, they must have known at check-in that we would be using the sofa-bed so could have offered this rather than waiting for us to report it. The air conditioning unit is in the living area, right close to the sofa bed. It is very loud, we had to turn it off at night for our teenager to sleep, luckily it was not too hot.

I have found the kitchenette dirty and the carpets with hair. Bath tubs were a little bit dirty and the televisions were outdated.

Overpriced, dirty, noticeably used by animals, beds were hard pillows were hard, no air conditioning, a hollow box you could hear everything no soundproofing worst sleep ever.

Great place to stay right on Main Street with a bus stop right outside the front door for easy access to the great public busses.

The room we got, the amount of space, privacy and cleanliness!
