The TV was weird. I think someone else could control my TV. I kept turning it on and it would turn off. I would change the channel and it would change to something else. I just gave up and watched stuff on my laptop.

Cleanliness. Quiet. Surrounded by shopping and eateries. Comfortable bed. Free parking. Friendly staff. Safe location. An overall pleasant experience.

Very busy with traffic - the sports centre & high schools make it bonkers busy!!! Oh well - the location would be ideal for travelling sports teams!

We checked in on Thursday and we’re not advised room service was only every other day. Room service was almost non-existent. From Friday until Sunday evening we called the front desk twice requesting (plus went to the desk to ask for towels and coffee) service and finally the fellow that works in the laundry room came to tidy the room. One evening it was 10pm when they delivered clean towels and coffee but left no creamers, hand towels etc. but the used towels and 2 day old garbage were not taken out. On another day they left coffee but no coffee cups. We requested early check in when we initially booked and received an email stating they would try and accommodate but received no further reply from the hotel. The day we arrived our room was not ready. We tried to have a swim and hot tub but the jets weren’t working and the hot tub water was luke warm.

The table/desk looked pretty old and pretty scraped up and beat up looking, figured there would be a bit newer stuff in better condition for the nightly cost. Pool wasn’t really worth going to, no slide or floaties for kids so my son didn’t even want to go to the pool unfortunately

Good easy location just off the highway, clean rooms, nice staff! Pool was warm, hottub was super hot!

We travelled to Grande Prairie to visit grandchildren and they stayed overnight with us. We had dinner at the restaurant and for the most part very enjoyable. Later that night my granddaughter got sick and threw up on the bed. We informed front desk and housekeeping as to not to surprise them with an event, not to be alarmed what my little granddaughter threw up was very minor but none the less we felt obligated to let the staff know. We went Out to do some activities with the kids and the manager calls me and demands I pay for new bedding and that the amount of $120.00 Canadian. I was appalled that not only could they wait until we got back but to demand a payment. Sorry but I have stayed in many hotels over the years and this was a first. I’ve seen wine stains, blood stains, and many other different kinds of things in these hotels and I feel we were disrespected and attacked. We will take this further, to be certain the reason for her to get sick was food poisoning that occurred at this hotel and for a franchise to single out a little girl and make her grandparents pay for Soiled bedding is unbelievable.

Didn’t have Breakfast, was told we weren’t allowed to eat because it wasn’t included in our reservation. So we decided to go out and eat.
