The nighttime front desk was not a pleasure. She just made me feel like an inconvenience, and she just seemed annoyed with our presence . Other than that, it was a good stay.

The room was good, the bar and restaurant was great . The girl working the bar was fantastic. The morning staff was great.

No ice maker on our floor. The bathroom sink was cracked but worked fine. There was only one elevator working.

The location is not convenient. I thought the price is expensive for the kind of room, no enough lighting and breakfast is not included at $154/night price.

I initially booked one night, Saturday, which was already too expensive for this hotel at $165, and when I went to book another night, Friday, it was $15 more. Prices on a Fri and Sat should be the same and maybe offer a discount for 2 nights instead of charging more when booking a second night. Breakfast buffet was $12 a person but should have been included with the stay at the prices for the room. The buffet was good but really offered same things as you get with a hotel with an included hot breakfast. $12 would have been a decent price for a traditional breakfast you could order. There was no hot tub just a small pool and a sauna. The bar on Friday was open until midnight but only open until 11 on Saturday. The hotel was booked solid for Saturday due to the Pink Concert and it would have been nice to have the bar with option to order food open until maybe 1am on such occasions. The area around the hotel did not have much within walking distance at night. The hotel was good but the price was far too high for what it offered. There were many ways to make this hotel an excellent place to stay such as included breakfast, bar/restaurant open later on weekends and install a hot tub.

The room was clean and not dated. There was a small pool and sauna. There was a bar and a place to eat and order food in the hotel, which had decent prices and excellent staff.. Staff at check in was courteous. Check in Friday evening was easy as it was very quiet at the hotel. The floor we stayed on was very quiet. There was a nice walking park about a 25 min walk away.

A booklet in room that has a list of local eateries, taxis, local events/activities. I realized most people would search this on their phone, but it would be nice to narrow down the top few options of each category. It would also be nice to have a Continental breakfast option along with the large buffet option. As I am a coffee and muffin type of person. I wasn’t going to pay $10.99 for a coffee and muffin.

Small elevators were hard to find. Locked door to get to or from elevator was very difficult to manoeuvre for somebody relying on mobility aids. Very pricey for what was offered

My preference is no carpet. I prefer the Least number of things to be worried about in respect to the possibility of bedbugs and the floor being clean to walk on in bare feet or socks. The uncovered duvet popping out from the bedding.

Comfortable bed, the crisp sheets and Bed temperature was perfect. Excellent towel quantity and quality.

There was a constant mechanical noise coming from upstairs (we stayed on top floor), a vent exhaust or chiller probably. Could be a serious issue for some people.
