The chairs were solid but one had a bent frames. We could still use it but it rocked a bit. It’s a good walk to parking, but it’s well lit and level on the way to the residence.

Room were large enough for our needs. It was clean, comfortable bed. We have an EV, charging was free. Staff at the desk were very helpful and polite We would stay again.

The couch was so small and like vinyl, very hard and uncomfortable. We tried to have a movie night, the TV was quite tiny, which was okay, but the couch was so uncomfortable. The beds were also.

It was a little confusing they kept sending us to different buildings whiting the campus.

Shower is rather narrow. There was coffee in the lobby but it is quickly emptying and left without a refill. There were no black tea bags.

Space is good and plenty. Rooms are large and bright. Parking is free. Front desk is efficient and helpful.

A/C was very cold. However, the staff was super friendly and tried to remedy the problem.

They have A/C control in living room . It could be better if each room had separate control . Main parking lot too far and need to walk far distance .

A/C worked in very comfortable range during this summer . Morning time free coffee at lobby was enjoyable.

I didn’t need two rooms. I needed one room with a comfortable mattress and without a plastic mattress cover that makes you sweat even with the room temperature being really cold all night. There is no way to adjust the air conditioner.

It looks nice a modern from outside in real life and on the pictures.

It was a little inconvenient having to use a key card for the individual bedrooms, but this is understandable for a student residence. It felt less homey than I would have liked but again, understandable as it is a school.

Great location and large rooms. Having the living area and the bedrooms was nice. It felt secure having the locked entrance at the front, and the room entrance. The parking lot was really close and it was very easy to find everything despite other reviews I've seen. Not only were there many signs, but also Google was accurate. Overall good experience. You get a lot for the price as well!

No dishes or cutlery were available in the kitchen. The main area of the suite was dark and dingy.

The shower was cramped but not unusable, beds are doubles.

The room was clean and spacious with a full sized fridge, microwave, two bathrooms, and separate bedrooms. Great for families.

The rooms were clean and provided basics like soap and shampoo, there was a fridge and microwave. There was a couch/ sitting area where we could relax and watch tv. Rooms had double size beds. It was quiet and there was complimentary coffee in the morning.

You can hear noise in the hallways, fortunately there weren't many people down at our end of the hallway, but the sound definitely travels.

Very distant from downtown. Two hour walk, or 20-minute taxi. Roads under construction around locations. Was unaware of any bus routes at the time.

Clean rooms and environment. I was certainly smiling when I knew how big the suite was. Elevator, key cards, and morning tea made it easy.

The directions to the residence are a bit confusing. The address listed on Booking is for the entire Fanshaw College campus, so it took some time to find the actual building. The accommodation (at least the one I stayed at) is located at Merlin Hall residence, so you should probably be able to use that if you're taking an Uber to get there.

The accommodation was actually quite large. It's a four bedroom unit (although you only have access to two of the rooms) along with two full bathrooms. There is a kitchen area which has a fridge, sink, and microwave. However there are no kitchen supplies at all, so you have to bring you own. (Didn't inquire whether they provide kitchen items at the front desk so it's worth asking if you need them). The residence is located in a quiet area some distance from downtown London. Wifi works well. There's a TV as well, but I didn't try it.
