Room was clean but extremely not maintenaned very well. Numerous deficiencies. Poor lighting due to burnt out bulbs. Bathroom fan inoperable etc etc. Biggest issue for us was the location. Homeless people ( ie. drug afflicted) were seen on property and surrounding area. Witnessed a Narcan revival on a young lady next door at the Boston Pizza while having dinner. Early morning another so called "homeless " gentleman was sleeping on one of the picnic benches out back and was eventually asked to move on by staff or a monthly resident. Look.....I get it. Uncontrollable by the the proprietor but definitely not a place for a family stay.

There wasn't a remote in the room and also could have used a hair dryer. Other then that my stay was good.

I really like the couple that run the hotel very helpful and just all around good people..and the pool is awesome,for an outdoor pool it's the cleanest I've ever swam in..

Basic, but immaculate. They accommodated my request for a fragrance free room. Staff friendly and pleasant. Extra pillows, as requested. Nothing fancy, but a perfectly good place to stay for the night.

The room was a bit outdated and had terrible lighting in our specific room. I have stayed in other rooms where lighting was not a problem. They have tried to upgrade the furniture. I felt they were just a tad bit over priced for what we were getting in comparison to other Motels/Hotels my husband and I have stayed at. However, I would stay here again.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Respectful and pleasant to speak with, eager to help with any necessities we needed.

Bathroom plug didn't work, had to ask for an extension cord Hot water tap in shower loose, but worked Would be nice to have a small table and small chair in the room since there is a fridge and microwave Room was comfortable but could use some paint and minor repairs to floor in Bathroom by the tub. Remove white paint smudges on the floor

FYI, we googled the address and it took us to a golf course 5 mins south of Duncan, which apparently has been a common issue. This motel is right in town next to McDonalds.

We spent one night and found the staff very friendly and the room comfortable. There were new fluffy towels in the room and it wasn't too noisy even though it was on the highway. The building is older and nothing fancy, but is centrally located and worked well for an overnight stay.

It was a very hot day, and there was no air conditioning. There was a fan which did help to cool the room off, but it was still pretty warm.

It was very close to the Aquatic Centre in Duncan, where I was attending a Swim Meet. It was easy to get in and out of, and close to a number of eating establishments. Parking was next to my room, so that was good. Pretty quiet considering the motel is right beside the main highway. The room had a kitchen, which was useful, and an enormous fridge.

Good location, was thinking of not keeping my reservation because of all homeless hanging around next door. Kept it and had no problems. Was nice and quiet .friendly staff.

Air conditioning would have been nice, but the pool made up for it.

This is a motel on the highway going through Duncan and cost less than others, so the location was the first draw. It is surrounded by restaurants, easy for meals. As I was there in the middle of a heat wave the pool was a huge bonus. Cleanliness was good, no complaints. A bit noisy due to highway but not unexpected. There was no air conditioning, but the motel was surrounded by trees and a high fence, and the staff supplied a fan, I took advantage of an evening swim too!

It was easy to check in and out. It’s an older motel, but it’s quiet, clean, and comfy. Kids enjoyed the pool.

No coffee in the room just tea. Mind you, coffee at McDonalds was just a short walk away and the price was right.

Location was perfect. McDonald’s on one side Boston Pizza and Wendy’s on the other side. Wish I had remembered to pack my bathing suit.
