Tours like sunset hiking and Lake Louise tour are really great, as the guides are very professional. Location amd hotel are gorgeous, we pampered ourselves with this luxury destination

We were there for four nights but we wish it had been longer!

The Fairmont Banff was an absolutely GORGEOUS hotel, the view from the room was incredible, the staff was more than helpful from the second we checked in and throughout our stay. The views were phenomenal, the food was fantastic and we just felt like royalty. It wasn't just a hotel. It was an entire experience. We had a really wonderful time and made some great memories.

Everything was amazing. Every member of staff we spoke to was so friendly and welcoming, the hotel is so beautiful, the facilities and activities included amazing and the room was so comfortable. I couldn’t fault it at all. We didn’t want to leave!

The property is sprawling, so finding where you need to be is a little tricky. Better signage would help alleviate this problem.

Beautiful property with a rich history and fabulous amenities. Great location, loved the 15 minute walk in and out of town. Staff were also extremely helpful in providing assistance in seeking medical attention for my grandmother.

The elevators to get to each floor is troublesome, I would of happily taken the stairs if there was some, even asked a member of staff and they couldn’t help me.

The room was a bit small, and we didn't have much space for the luggage.

Everything was perfect! The staff was very friendly, professional and helpful! The room was very comfortable, the view was spectacular and everything very clean. It was one of the hotels I went with my wife for our honeymoon and they really treated us like we were special.

Breakfast was not included in the price, and the hotel rate was expensive. It was also not possible to purchase access to a breakfast buffet, as it wasn’t operating. The only option was to go to the restaurant.

We came here to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary, since this was a spontaneous trip we don’t know what we were expecting. So Fairmont staff and the whole stay was just exceptional. I would like to thank Mark from the bottom of our heart , one of the Managers for handling a situation in a professional yet a personal way . He truly is an asset to the hotel . He even help me sign up so now I’m a member. I highly recommend this hotel , if you want exceptional service, view and staff look no further . This is the place , it’s like home away from home .

Absolutely nothing. Will probably need to work double time to pay off my credit card but I don’t care!

I cannot state how amazing this hotel is. It is like another world. As soon as we arrived we booked a third night. Yes it’s a treat, but we thoroughly cherished every moment. All the staff are superb. The extras, the cocktail class, the spa, the twilight walk, the restaurant, it was all amazing.
