The fact our room card wouldn’t allow up to go to Level 3, the laundry. The receptionist tried to fix this, without success. So we had to go down to level two and walk up the stairs. Also there was one lift not working.

The elevator was incredibly slow and small, only one was working. No parking on site. There was only an option for valet parking which was rather expensive and also very slow, or find street parking which had many limits. Only one person working valet and because parking was off site it took a long time.

Very clean and comfortable. Flavoured water and popcorn available for free. Easy check in and friendly staff.

The lifts! 2 lifts and 1 was out of service. This meant getting the lift was always a very long wait. We were on 7th floor and did the stairs a lot but for those who may struggle with this, this would be a real problem. I understand the lift company are struggling to source the part but this needs resolved asap. Otherwise, 10 out of 10.

Non optional valet service. Breakfast was one of the worst I've seen, having said that, it was a cheap stay so expectations weren't super high.

Breakfast is included but not much choices. There were just waffles, bread, eggs and banana. That’s it!

It’s in Downtown Calgary, Lots of restaurants around the beltline area. Our room has a view of the Calgary Tower so that is a plus! And they allow guests to leave their luggages after checkout for a few hours of safekeeping.

The park was a big problem. Upon arriving at the hotel, it was hard to park in front of the hotel to unload our luggage. As the hotel is located in busy downtown, we had to go around the hotel few times until we were able to park.The hotel has no parking lot and you need to pay daily charge. You need to leave the car keys with the conceirge person to park the car behind the hotel or somewhere else and call them to pick the car.

The front desk people were very nice and friendly, especially Irvan or Ivan, can't remember exact name. The suite room was spacious The interconntenental breakfast was good. Location in downtown was good.

As foreigners we are not using credit cards here in canada due to charges. We therefore used a debit card. We thought that during our checkin our card was just being swiped. We were surprised when a deposit charge had been taken. We are waiting for it to be refunded and feeling nervous about this.

Only had hot water in shower in mornings. As the day went on hot water got cooler so by end of day if you wanted hot shower after 4pm it was cold

Great location in downtown. Walking distance to the main attractions such as Calgary Tower and Stephen Avenue. Nice breakfast and very clean rooms.

Staff were friendly, knowledgeable and a pleasure to engage with. Our room was clean and breakfast was fantastic. The location was perfect for exploring downtown and close to our venue for the show we flew in to see. I would highly recommend this hotel for budget friendly travelers.
