How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Had snacks in a small convenience section breakfast yes, comfortable room worth fridge and microwave and closet hotel to airport could almost walk there but take the free shuttle.

1) For some people the bed may be too soft, but I was ok. 2) Trouble connecting to Wifi unless you want to make a whole account.
1) Friendly and respectful staff. They met my needs. 2) Great pool and hot tub 3) Great breakfast. appreciated the sausage, egg, English muffin, chocolate milk, waffles, and juice. 4) Great workout room. 5) Great restaurant food and service 6) Good parking 7) Great walk-in shower and great shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion. The Wife has sensitive skin but it was great with this. It actually got her hair better 8) Spacious bedroom

Nothing, really, it was great
It was a very welcoming hotel, 3 minutes from the airport, and was a savior when the flight was canceled. It was easy to book through the Booking.com site, and was available immediately. The airport shuttle to and from the airport was very helpful and an easy process. The room itself was clean, and perfect for the night. The flight the next day was too early to take advantage of the free breakfast but this feature was appreciated. We would stay again.

The one staff member up front took forever to book in each customer and was grumpy, and the second staff was helping 2 customersa at a time,( very friendly and quick) ...need more experienced staff that works quicker. Waiting time was long. Need more help to get luggage to room. I was alone and needed help with 3 big bags and nobody offered help. Hotel was other than that excellent

The rooms were comfortable and very clean. it’s clear that they take pride in the maintenance of their hotel and the guest experience. I have stayed at this hotel now twice this year and I will recommend it to everyone who is travelling to Edmonton or needs a night to stay before going to Edmonton international airport

Clearer instructions on how to get the free shuttle from the airport would have been useful (e.g. providing info on what types/'brands' of buses provide service to the hotel). Breakfast was only until 9am which was a bit early when we arrived last thing at night (but would be fine for those with early flights). The room itself was excellent.
Nice clean room with a comfortable bed and a nice shower. Staff were very helpful and accommodating. Perfect for a 1 night stay near the airport.

There could have been more attention to detail when cleaning the shower as I saw hair from the previous occupant. Also the breakfast has very limited options and is not tasty. Not organized and limited seating for the rush of people.
I like the size of the suite and the location.

When I checked in the bathroom wasn’t fully clean. Like around the toilet, other then that it was good

Large room with comfortable bed and nice large bathroom . The towels and linens were nice. This hotel is very close to the airport and they have a free shuttle. Also enjoyed playing cards with friends in the lobby during the evening and having the bar open for cocktails was a nice feature. Additionally, I left my cellphone in the room when we checked out and an employee personally delivered it to the airport prior to our international flight back home. I am forever thankful.

We suggest to change the brand of the toilet paper for something of better quality since the paper that the hotel currently offers it’s a cheap one and feels like sand papers and for the price per night that it’s pay I think guest deserve something better

Little bit more attention to cleaning in the bathroom especially. Clearly you can see the soap dish wasn’t clean and trace of soaps in bathroom. Breakfast poor or you increase the price and add more to breakfast or make the breakfast optional and less charge per room.
We choose buy location and had a pool.
