Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Czech RepublicThe tap in bathroom was a little clunky, I was scared that it would fall off. Also it sometimes did not close fully. AC was very loud and it was turning on very often, I had to turn it off.
Nice and comfortable, great bed, great service at the room and at the reception. I really like the USB-A charging hole, since I got stuck in Toronto without my outlet adapters.

Ok to put an C$80 hold on a card, but to find out they have actually taken the money three days prior and have the gaul to not deduct that from the actual agreed tariff on checkout - but to charge the entire quoted sum plus taxes. When challenged they said “oh it’s just been released but might take 3-5 days to go back to your bank”… This messes with currency wallet management in my card while transmitting. Dubious practice. They say it’s standard. 9 weeks in Canada and Europe 2024 a hold was just that, and cleared real time. Marriott - think again.
