    The veiws were amazing and the location was amazing.

    The price was so high, price is different for parking than what was mentioned on booking website and the room view i booked was not the view I got. So I had to pay even more when I checked in for the room I was already paying a lot for.

    Worst 4 star hotel i’ve ever been to. The staff is impolite, crazy cues and lines for breakfast. Room was dirty, food was bad. Not advised, save your money and book someplace else

    Staff want it to sell sell sell, even if your reservation includes the best view they will convince you didn’t have the right view just with the only purpose to add more charges and “upgrade” your room

    The view from our room was great. You also got a free drinks voucher and snacks too.

    The hotel didn’t feel luxury at all, they tried to upsell you as soon as you arrived. The hotel is massive and yet only had one elevator for the floor we were on which serviced about 15 floors so you waited ages for it to come every time. The lobby is chaotic and so is breakfast!
