Ideal location, away from the busy shopping streets but just a 15-minute walk away. The room is very cozy, renovated, and furnished with modern furniture. Very clean. Easy communication with the owner. An excellent choice.

Nothing much to dislike at all. If I did it would just be nitpicking. Maybe some human interaction would be good even just greeting you at check in but it’s not really a huge issue, the room we stayed in was basic but had everything we need. The bathroom was more modern than the rest of the room but as I said not anything major.

Easily accessible. Just outside of the town centre literally a 10 minute walk. Check in & access to the room was easy and required no interaction just personalised to you through a code. Area was quiet and peaceful, scenery was of course fantastic. The room was clean and had everything you need for a short stay. Lots of room for parking we didn’t manage to park in a bay but there’s ample space available to park.

The pressure was a little low

The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. Towels were soft and the hand wash was glorious.

There are no service personnel to meet and greet you as it offers a humanless service. In my case, the security pin to unlock the room shared with me via email was redirected to the spam folder, and I couldn't locate the email. I tried to contact the customer service for almost 45 minutes, after a whole day without a response, it was painful!

It's an old property, some might say quirky, low ceilings and tall people don't mix well. Doors to adjoining apartments don't seal so well the result is cooking smells etc coming into your space.

Convenient for the town, 10 min walk. Hot tub.

The ceilings are very low. If you are 5'2 and shorter you will be ok upstairs. If you are tall then you will have to duck and crouch to make sure you don't hit your head. My boyfriend is 6'3 and kept hitting his head on the ceiling lol.

Very close walking distance to downtown Banff as well as the Fairmont. It is a historical site that got turned into a lodge. Host was very friendly!

A compact room

Close to city centre and quiet area. Recently refurbished. Proximate car parking.

Heating is centrally controlled so we were a bit hot at the start, but manager was very quick to respond and sort when we raised the issue.

We stayed in the Cascade apartment, which is full of character and apparently one of the oldest buildings in Banff. Good location, easily walkable in to town but reasonably quiet and good parking. Kitchen is on the small side but functional. Lovely to have the covered outside area to sit and enjoy.

Lacking a few vital bits of equipment. They advertise a bbq but no utensils to use.

I chose the basic room and it was pretty small…abit of figuring out here and there and it worked out!

5-10mins walk to Banff Town and Fairmount which was very convenient… the room was newly renovated, cosy and fresh…it was a quiet stay…

Not a biggie, but worth noting for some - need to carry bags up a staircase if on top floor.
