How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews

Pool amenities are fairly basic. Breakfast could use a few more options.
Room was great. Comfortable, clean, and kitchenette is well stocked. Bathrooms are very nice. The wine and cheese afternoon reception is a nice touch. Staff was friendly. Appreciated the secured underground parking, very clean and plentiful amount of spots. Very convenient spot for our trip to West Edmonton Mall.

Breakfast buffet items aren’t labelled for allergens. The staff knows, so why not post small signs to warn people?

There was a group of kids being disruptive around the pool despite it being quite full. Staff not really around to wrangle them- although that should be on the parents.
Great size room for infant, 8 year old and 3 adults. Nice to have a little kitchenette. And movable TV stand. We didn’t get the breakfast but it looked like a standard hotel breakfast. The pool was nice. Underground parking was so nice due to the smoke. Check in staff was very nice z

Nothing really.. bed is a bit soft.

The location of our room wasn’t the most pleasant. We travel with our dog and our room was on the main floor right next to a service door connecting to the next hotel (4 Point by Sheraton). With the heavy hall traffic it caused our dog to bark. The door was heavy and would slam which also caused us to wake up each time. It was too late to call to switch rooms
Was a good location based on our needs/visit. Very clean and great size room.

I did not like the pillows.
Breakfast was great. Location needs a change or warmer spot. Chilly by the main doors when they would open.

The television we had is a bit dim so it's hard to watch and we could not figure out how to fix it. Remote having issue too as the ok button needs to be pressed hard
Staff were nice and the room is clean. Room we had was a little smaller from what we had previously but book the same King suite option but overall the room was nice

The only reason it's a 9 and not a 10 is the noise you could hear from the floor above and the traffic from the main road beside our hotel was louder than expected..however, didn't affect our family's sleep, just more letting others know in case they are light sleepers. I would definitely book here again!
Location is right near a Walmart and other shopping, lots of food choices. The rooms were big, booked here mainly for the kitchenette part of the room. Beds were soft and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The underground parking is a plus and the breakfast was what is expected for a continental breakfast.

Elevators were stuffy and sometimes smelt like dog. It’s been renovating the fitness and pool for a long time - the price doesn’t reflect the facilities.
The configuration of the room with kitchenette, the inside parking, the staff, and most of all the bed is the best!

Unfortunately the pool and fitness room is being renovated.
This is a treasure of a little place. The staff is friendly, you get a safe in your room for your valuables, and a mini cooking space. The breakfast they serve is healthy with egg whites cooked by a chef and fresh berries to go with your yogurt.

Under the sink there is a space that was not completely sealed and my cats hid there and we could not find them for an hour. Make sure maintenance covers those holes because pets always are trying to explore any crawl space possible.
The best option to stay if you are travelling with pets.

Pull out blanket had hair on it. Quickly replaced. Otherwise room was clean.
EXCELLENT breakfast, as mentioned in other reviews. Great value over all for our large group (six). Room even came with a basic kitchen. Newer hotel.

The doors to our rooms are heavy, not sure if that is for security but my kids cannot open the doors by themselves 😅
