We’re sorry to hear that your check-in experience didn’t feel as welcoming as it should have. Please know that our intention is never to make guests uncomfortable. Since your room was prepaid online, we simply needed to confirm the reservation and secure a deposit for incidentals, which is standard hotel practice. As for asking about pets, this is also part of our check-in process. We have a limited number of pet-friendly rooms, so it’s important for us to confirm this in case it wasn’t declared during online booking.
