The restaurant downstairs was not the most welcoming place. Could not care if we could get a table or not. Then, I was told that it's two different businesses.

My teen age daughters loved the Panier petit-déjeuner" We like the salon room downstairs very much.

The hotel is in the heart of the shopping/dining pedestrian only street. Quaint but modernized building. Fruits and coffee available 24 hours a day in the Lounge.

The location was perfect for exploring the old town and proximity to great restaurants. This is a little gem of a boutique hotel in a busy area of old Quebec. The hotel was great, but the staff even better. Evening concierge Pierrot went out of his way to accommodate us on more than one occasion and was always professional but so warm and friendly. I would highly recommend this hotel

All was good

Hotel and staff are amazing staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, even after we checked out with luggage in storage very kind gentleman in a suit led us to a shoe dryer for our kids rain soaked shoes, and gave hot chocholate mixes to our kids. Location is perfect everything is walkable, tons of restaurants outside the door. Room was big, everything was clean, would definitely stay here again.

I can’t think of one negative. One of our best hotels in all of our travels.

Location terrific…right in Old Town. The hotel is beautifully remodeled and immaculate. The staff, without exception, is friendly and very helpful. Mia was fantastic. She wrote a list of her favorite restaurants for us and assisted in getting our bus tickets to Montreal airport. Everyone was great.

Pillows were a bit too big and bulky. Having two different sizes to choose from would be a great addition. Otherwise really nothing that we didn’t like.

Great location and a smaller hotel. We could walk everywhere and enjoyed a quiet room right in the center of Quebec. Staff is welcoming and friendly and very helpful. The room was well designed and exceptionally clean. Free water, coffee and fruit, and having a small fridge was nice to have.

I liked everything!

The rooms are beautiful and thoughtfully appointed. Lots of plug-ins ,towels, water etc. Very clean. The old character of the hotel is beautifully maintained while being thoroughly modernized. The staff were also lovely and friendly, and extremely helpful. Attached is a very good restaurant and again, was a positive experience, food wise and staff wise. Location is ssuperb- right in the middle of the old town with all its hub-bub, but the hotel provides a spa-like respite from the business of the tourist area. Also, really appreciated the room with coffee and tea and couches and chairs to lounge in.

Best location if visiting Old Quebec. Central to all the sites and all the great restaurants. The restaurant attached to the hotel, Hortus, is great and ended every evening at the bar there.

Everything was just great!

We loved everything about the hotel. Our room was very quiet, exceptionally clean, and very comfortable. The staff were better than great. The front desk personnel could not have been more accommodating (especially the gentleman who works late afternoon and evening (Pierre?). The front desk staff were able to call many cabs for us which arrived in minutes. The location is perfect for those who like to shop and walk to dinners at excellent restaurants just a few steps away. There are many shops (several souvenir places, but also many very nice boutiques. Close to Notre Dame Cathedral (short walk up hill) with a beautiful Christmas shop across the street. Many high end boutiques on the way back down the hill to the hotel. We had just a wonderful four days because of the kindness of the hotel staff and the hotel itself. We will definitely return!

Room is very clean and spacious. Location is very good since it is near all famous landmarks. Breakfast option is okay, nothing special. Parking space is just across the road which is good.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. We had a minor emergency and the person at the front desk immediately helped eliminate our anxiety -- time was of the essence -- by making a phone call to assure us that our lost property had indeed been found.

The only thing that could have been better was the weather. Rather than the usual nice snow for December, we had a warm spell with rain/snow mix.

The location is wonderful, just down the hill from the Chateau Frontenac, inside the walls of the old city, with nice breakfast and dinner places close by. The room was clean and quiet - not a peep until at least 9:00 am. The staff were very accommodating, The extra lounge/living room on the ground level was great for coffee, getting together with family for a drink, or even spending a little time on the on-going puzzle in the back room. All-in-all, a superb location and facility.
