Had an agreed early check in between 2-3 but room not ready until 4:30pm. Air conditioning was not up to task. Hot days and room was so uncomfortably hot. Room shabby and in need of uograde. This is reflected in price paid though. Pool not working and laundry facilities shut down which was very disappointing.

The location was fantastic. Close to town but quiet. Bus stop right outside and was provided with complimentary bus passes. Car parking was excellent. Undercover and close to room. Good kitchen with nice big fridge and freezer. Liked that there was a jug to keep water cold in fridge.

Large , well equipped very comfortable . Included vouchers for local Roam buses which were excellent , running every hour . A little expensive , but that was Banff . Its location is great to escape the down town madness

The cabins need a renewal. Wi-Fi signal is very poor. We moved from a room with zero signal and a view to a concrete yard with empty bottles to another room with better signal and nature out of the window. All thanks to Max!

Very close to nature. Max, from maintenance, is an excellent guy. He was helpful and understanding and thanks to him our stay was much nicer than it could have been. It was nice to have a fireplace inside the room.

Cost. Fully understand that costs are going up, but cost per night are excessive. The room was a little bit tired, and felt it could do with a bit of an update.

Good set of facilities. Good location and fab bus service to and from the town centre. Hotel provided us with a 3 day bus pass to access town.

Not great condition for price paid. Window draughty in downstairs bedroom . Air con working but noisy. Couldn’t get hairdryer to work. No shampoo sachets provided

Was very tired and dated. Fixtures were broken such as the toilet roll holder and holes in the lining of the curtains which allowed light to shine through. Carpet was not fitted and rucked up in the middle of the sitting room. Our room faced the lobby and we had little privacy but not a major issue. Was very old fashioned but suited our purpose. Expensive costing around £800 for three nights which was the most expensive of the trip.

Good location out of town but with a free transit bus pass to various locations. It Had a kitchen and separate bedroom which was useful but more expensive. Comfortable bed and good bathroom. Staff at reception and maintenance were excellent and cooperative.

4pm check in time is late,, and for a one night stay it doesn't give time to experience all the facilities. Banff accommodation is pretty pricey and unfortunately the room was pretty tired and the sofa pretty uncomfortable .

The pool with slides and the indoor playground were loved by the children. Kitchen in the room was stocked with everything we needed.

When being asked about the transportstion to the local attractions, the front desk staff on my arrival day was not keen to answer the questions and quickly say "no" to our questions.

The staff who comes to fix the shower drainage was very nice and helpful.

Our room was not available at check in time and there was a similar issue for other guests in the lobby.

We had checked in here as a group of 4 for 1 night. Originally we had been camping but due to weather conditions decided to check in for the last night of our trip to Banff - it was cheap and available so had very little expectations going in. The hotel staff were friendly from check in to check out. Our room itself was great 2 large comfortable beds , spacious balcony and living room and a small kitchen with all the appliances we would have needed. Both bathrooms were very clean. Although it wasn't needed it was nice to also have a fireplace. Leisure area / waterpark was a great amenity. Waterslides and hot tubs were fantastic! Though the only pool itself is quite small. Overall this hotel exceeded our expectations and I would definitely recommend it for the price point.

Badly needs an upgrade for the nightly charge of $300 per night. The desk manager reeked of alcohol at 5 pm when we checked in.

Furniture and finishings were a little worn but they are in the process of rehabbing.

Location was great, close to Banff but not right downtown in all the crowds. We felt like we were in the mountains not in the city. There is a bus stop right by the lodge.

Pool was nice but the change room floors and pool room floors could have used a good cleaning.

Exceptional value for money. Our condo could have slept 8 individuals which we have never found before! We also loved the privacy and quiet environment, beds were comfortable and kitchenette highly appreciated to cook our own meals. Thanks for a great stay!
