The stairs to level two are very creaky, but what can you do about that? It is an old house, after all. The final step going up has a higher rise than the others, posing a possible tripping hazard.

We had the whole house. It was perfect, typical (if not better) than the houses in Bonavista. Made our stay more authentic. Felt like home as soon as we walked in the door.

The only tiny complaint we had was with the wifi and the challenge to watch any shows or video's. This may be a local issue and nothing to do with their wifi. We weren't around inside much of the time so it wasn't really an issue for us anyways. Too much to do out and about!!

Dorman's Manor is a very quaint beautiful house in an idyllic location. The main floor is comfortable and functional, the 2nd floor has 3 comfortable bedrooms and it is very handy having a washroom on both floors. The location is perfect for walking to many great shops, restaurants and pubs. Right down the street is the main harbour where whale watching and other excursions head out. Within a short drive are many attractions including the world famous puffins!! I highly recommend this spot and would love to come back someday 😊😊😊

Considering the type of home - absolutely nothing.

Just made a phone call when we arrived and when we checked out. Would have liked to meet the owner. House was fascinating and would have liked to ask questions. Would also liked to have stayed longer.

The house is comfortable, clean and spacious. It has a charming decoration in a beautiful neighborhood. The location is convenient with a short drive to major attractions. It has a nice view from some bedrooms. Highly recommend!

Delightful little house in the style we see everywhere in Newfoundland. Cozily embellished with handmade quilts and mementos, it is quaint and comfortable. Well equipped with kitchenware and generous with staple ingredients, which is so appreciated. Well situated for visiting the wonders of Bonavista.

The location was great, easy to walk through town, great views of the ocean. The house was cozy and just big enough. The quilts were beautiful and the decor was all thoughtfully chosen. Having a whole house for the price was amazing and allowed us to have home cooked meals. What a lovely vacation.

A very nice little house - with good parking, comfy beds, hot showers (x2!), laundry facilities, and cozy dining room and living room. Perfect for our needs - would happily stay here again!
