Our chalet was very cozy and had all the perfect amenities. We loved the wood stove and it was beautiful waking up in the wooded area to the snow falling outside. We loved the sauna and Finnish bath too.

The internet is quite weak and disconnects quite often. The pool water is not warm enough for older adults.

The hotel is close to the site, clean, and has a nice restaurant. The jacuzzi and sauna are really excellent.

We stayed in a cabin, not the main hotel. The cabins are wonderfully appointed and provide a beautiful blend of privacy in the woods and convenience to the main hotel.

Breakfast was nice but hot section would be nicer. The reception area was warm and welcoming. I especially like the fireplace. Pool, gym, spa, sauna are all very enjoyable amenities. The floor in the reception could be revamped. ie sanding and varnish.

Chalet was great. We brought the couch/bed from upstairs downstairs. I think you can put another small love seat downstairs. It would help when 6 people are staying together.

Pool. Would be great if the pool were open 1-2 hours more, not just from 9 am to 8 pm, but I assume it's related to stuff availability. Family room description. Not an issue for us, but the description of the family room shows and says 1 queen ok ) + 2 bunk beds (so, you expect to see 4 single beds, in fact there are only 2 single)

Very clean, the receptionist very proactive and kind. Very good breakfast - buffet, the chocolatines & croissants were very fresh ( even warm). Nice view from the sauna, we enjoyed the inside pool and the Finnish bath outside. Thank you!

Room very tight quarters - no space for open suitcase It is not walking distance to town - over a mile - no sidewalks on a busy road.

I would have give 10 if the restaurant hours were longer. they only open until 7pm. Also i would have appreciate to have access to pool for longer period. currently they have it open up to 8pm

everything! Good size clean room, zen environment of hotel, beautiful view from restaurant. pool and sauna and jacuzzi that not many people use them was the best! 2min drive to mountain to have access to hike path and other activies was just wonderful.

It would be great if the wellness amenities could stay open a bit later in the evening. Being able to unwind after a long day is important, and having access to these facilities in the evening would enhance the overall experience. Whether it's a late swim or a relaxing spa session, extended hours would provide guests with more flexibility to enjoy these amenities at their own pace.

The staff's warmth and friendliness create a welcoming atmosphere that sets the tone for a fantastic stay. The bed is exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep, and the breakfast spread is simply delicious. Overall, a delightful experience from start to finish!

We stayed in the Chalet and loved the setting and the thoughtful placement of other Chalets with plenty of distance between and alternating facing of entrances, so felt quite private. Well equipped. And the buffet breakfast was ample and nice selections

The heat was a little hard to get right in the chalet - the first night was too cold and the second was far too hot.

The location was so convenient, and the cabins so cozy! The sauna was especially nice - and such a good view!

It was confusing to check in (we received no information ahead of time where to go, etc). Pool is only open until 8 pm? We left the facilities cleaner than we arrived.

Great location! We would stay again due to the ski access and being trailside, but it was nicer in the photos than in real life. Hot was nice though!

The cabins aren’t at all soundproof, and the hot tub is really small for the number of people in the hotel. They should have many more options to make this workable for the guests. Also not accessible to the town - you have to drive everywhere.

It was a between seasons weekend, and the restaurant was closed. Other than the continental breakfast, there was no food or drink available. This meant driving for meals in town. Note: in addition to other hotels, some restaurants and shops in Sutton also closed 'between seasons" in November. We were given a "family room." Main bedroom was quite small, and price elevated as we were only offered a "family" room with a bunk bed separated from main bedroom by a wall. Would have been ok for a family with two kids, but for a couple using only the "larger" space it was cramped. Bed filled most of the room, and we were charged the rate for the full four beds.....Do not recommend this for couples. However, due to the fact that other hotels closed for this "off season" weekend in November so this one was full, we had no option. Suggest the hotel offer this room at a lower price for couples, if there are no two person rooms available.

Property has been modernized. It's clean and generally comfortable. Good location. Lovely views but not walking distance from town. Staff very friendly and responsive. Nice lounge area and indoor pool.

The sauna is only available between 9am-7pm. When we arrived at 6pm, it was not heated. Which was disappointing because we picked this place specifically for the sauna. The continental breakfast was fine except the sliced fruits were a couple of days old. It was dull and rubbery.

Good location. Nice facilities. Nice views. The staff was very nice and helpful. Very comfy beds.

The hotel is in such a stunning setting. You can walk from hotel and start hikes. A short 5 minute walk to town for dinners also. Be sure to check out La Fountaine the Frwbfh restaurant in town. Delicious! The rooms have been renovated and are done well as has most of the hotel. The pool and spa were also great. Wish we had more time there to be honest!
