How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews

Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.

Hotel needs to attend to many things -- 1. Carpets in the corridor leading to the room look worn & dirty. 2. Breakfast room is extremely small - you have to literally trip over each other. Extend the hours & reduced the tables. 3. Left luggage space for guests is being used like a dump. No space.
Great location. Very friendly & welcoming staff.

Bathroom fan was terribly noisy like a jet taking off. Breakfast was okay, but room poorly arranged so people are in each other's way constantly. I don't understand why this { and many other breakfasts} can't seem to provide good coffee! A very small cost for really improved breakfast experience!
Room was clean and updated. Bathroom cleaner than most hotel rooms.

Pet friendly but when you check in the day can’t leave your dogs unattended ..well if I need to go get supplies I’m not leaving them in my car I pd 40 dollars each day for my dogs

Came around 2:30pm (August 14 - Thursday) looking a bit rough after my surgery and asked if we can do an early check in - aware that check in is 4pm — Response i got from the frontdesk while holding her phone was “No - 4pm is check in” then i said i am aware that there is an extra charge that im willing to pay just to get into the room as i was feeling blurr from the anesthesia and just wanted to take a rest. She then said i will see if the room is ready - waited about 15 mins in the lobby trying not to pass out and was willing to cancel the booking to stay at my family place as i really am not feeling well - then i went back up again to her to ask if i can cancel it she then responded “the room is ready” that kept me wondering - had i not went up to her will she even inform me? Anyways got checked in everything was ok - until the night time i was in room 326 and the ac is super loud in that room - didnt bother to call down to fd at 1am just to get transferred to another room as it was pretty late so just winged till the morning with that loud AC. All in all - room was good had everything i needed the frontdesk lady in the evening around 9pm was lovely!
Good Area - Close to the surgery clinic i went to.

Breakfast area bit small. Had to clean table off from previous guests leaving their stuff.

Nothing really to complain about here. The price was reasonable.
We arrived fairly late at night and there were still parking spaces for our hire car. We have stayed at Days Inn before and this was fairly typical. Big, clean rooms and great for an overnight stay for our family, booking two rooms. Breakfast was included in a fairly small cafeteria style area and more like continental style with no meat options. However we all liked the waffles option with maple syrup easily made fresh in the machine provided. Staff were friendly and accommodating.

The room was next to pet owners. I would say three dogs, one dog in each room. The dogs were very loud barking especially when the owner left the pet alone. Even late at night 12:00 am there was barking.
I enjoyed the breakfast. The room and bedding was clean and good size fridge.
