Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

CanadaLocation is ok if u use metro and depending on what ur doing. If planning to focus on old Montreal/port area, find something closer. Breakfast was ok, but there are nicer places around for breakfast.

CanadaThe restaurant charged me for breakfast that was included in the stay, so luckily I caught that before checking out or it would have cost me an extra $70. The TV in the room was so far away from the bed, we couldn't watch it, and the attach your device to stream didn't work which was unfortunate. Lastly, the carpet in the room wasn't flat which we kept tripping over.
Staff were very friendly and welcoming, room was large and spacious, and the bed was comfortable. Amenities were great, 24h gym, pool, and restaurants on site.

The service was very good. I arrived at the hotel at 11 a.m. after a 13-hour flight. The front desk staff was very understanding and arranged for the check-in. Thoughtful!

CanadaWish I was made aware that cots were not avalible as I had mentioned it multiple times when booking but was told it was against policy at check-in. Weird we had to ask for furniture for the balcony.
Staff was friendly, kindly kept our bags behind the counter after checkout. Breakfast was good with large portions. Pool was nice and location was good.

CanadaStandard hotel issues like some of the appliances and drains not working properly. Also kind of weird that there's no lights in the ceiling, just lamps. It's not a super fancy hotel so we didn't expect much more than we got. Good value for what we paid though.
Beds were comfortable, and rooms are large. Most come with a private patio. Walls are thick too, we never heard anyone else on a sold out weekend. We travelled for a bachelor party and obviously had some late nights, not being too loud but laughing over music, and we never got a single complaint.

CanadaThe swimming pool shower/change room was not clean. The water temperature is not pleasant. The water pipes make a loud noise when someone is taking a shower, and this noise can be easily heard in your room or in the hallway.
Being in downtown Montreal, the location is great.The complimentary breakfast is also great.
