We were visiting our Dad who lives nearby and this location was ideal for that. Comfortable little cottage room and the staff was friendly and accommodating.

The only issue that we had was that there was no laundry available on site and also no hair dryer. But other than that, no complaints!!

I really liked the set up of the unit. It’s like having your own separate hotel room. I really appreciate the flexibility and the willingness of the staff to make our stay as comfortable as possible.

The only downside was the proximity to a very busy road, quite loud at certain times of the day.

Comfort and convenience were top notch. Price was a big selling point - much cheaper than the competition. All in all a very pleasant stay.

Far overpriced. Double regular price. Was last minute emergency rental when my booked room renigned on me. For the money I could have gotten a much better place had I booked in advance. Bed was tilted, kept sliding to one side. Area had a lot of litter.

1) The messages on the Booking.com app weren't accurate in that the first message I got said I was in suite 2 and the code to the door. Then I got a message on the day saying I had to check in at the front door of the house. I checked in at the front door and a young teenager greeted me to check in. 2) The young teenager that checked me in wanted to take a picture of my credit card on his phone, I found this problematic so he took a cash deposit. 3) I went to go use the door code on my suite after the check in to find that I had been given the wrong code. The young teenager helped me out with the correct code and he was very helpful. 4) Later that night an older woman knocked on my door and insisted that I put a deposit down with my credit card, that this is just like a hotel (she gave me back my cash deposit). She was quite abrupt with me and when I asked her why she was being abrupt she apologized saying she was tired and then she was friendly. As she was looking at my credit card I turned away for a moment and she took a picture of my credit card without consent. 5) The walls are very very thin; expect that any conversation that you have that your neighbor will hear everything you say... and vice versa. Bring ear plugs.. in case your neighbor snores. 6) The wifi didn't work for me, the wifi password that I was given on the message for booking.com didn't work and the one that is posted inside the suite didn't work. I texted the phone number that you are supposed to text in case there are issues and they just reiterated the same password that didn't work. 7) The water in the bathroom drains very slowly, so if you stay more than one night what that means is the second shower that you have has a slick of soap from your previous shower because the water drains very very slowly.. making it very slippery to step into the shower on the second or third day as they don't clean the suite in between nights.

The pictures accurately reflected the suite, the room was relatively clean. Just some hand marks on the walls and dirty baseboards, but other than that it was clean. The bed was comfortable.

I wish we were there in summer so I could see their front garden in bloom. Many garden beds, looks like it is beautiful!

The owner and family were great. Helped us fixing our wifi issue and we're so patient about it! They made sure we were comfortable and were very responsive to any questions. We would definitely stay with them again

We had booked 2 units as we were 5 in the family . The units were side by side. Host are very respectful and communicated very well. We found our stay very comfortable and the units were very clean. We also had huge bath tub in the unit. and thank you for putting coffee and the extras , we may book again next year if we plan to come again
