The only thing missing was sugar for the coffee.

The cabin was very comfortable and pleasant to stay in. We arrived late at night and checked in alone, it was very convenient.

The toilet seemed to have a hard time refilling the tank, needed to play with the refill valve to get it on occasion to refill. The bathroom door was difficult to close because of hanger system for the hooks on the back of the door.

Perfect mountain gateway! Super clean and cozy cabin! Host is super nice and she is always around to ask if everything is ok and if we needed anything extra. Super comfy bed and quiet night of sleep! Cabin has everything you might need during your stay, gas bbq, cooking utensils, shampoo, soap, towels, bed sheets. No need to worry about anything! Located only 5 mins from Valemount city center and near the grocery store.

We had a great 5-day stay in Cabin 8. Very good location with 1 hour drive to Jasper. The cabin has everything you need. Everything was clean and well maintained. Highly recommend this place.

No mention of train and road noise. Upstairs bedroom had very low roof. Downstairs was right for 4 adults. Furniture too large space although comfortable. Better wildlife notification and advice should be more prominent. Air conditioning filter needed cleaning.

TV was mounted much too high and when lowered took up extra space. Main living area was very small.

If 4 guests are booked, there wasn’t enough seating for outside. Wasn’t sure how to get in touch with the caretakers. Office was never open. Had to call from the website

The host can enter our cabin from the back door at anytime. Although we are noisy at the night that he wanted to told us to keep quiet, which I believed his family is living adjacent to our cabin that is in the same cottage. But he came in our cabin suddenly and unexpectedly. I think it is not appropriate to customers.

Slopped roofs on the second floor make it nearly impossible for 2 grown adults to sleep comfortably on the beds. I ended up sharing a bed with my 4 yr old son just so we could fit. Not really a complaint, but the beds were extremely soft, making sleep super uncomfortable for myself and my husband, we have an extra firm matress. Highway and train noise is constant, didn't affect me in any way but, light sleepers would for sure hear everything. I'd advise ear plugs.

Quaint little cabin, clean and well maintained. The staff did provide us with a list of activities in the area for the time we were there. Everything was clean and as listed in the description. Any items we did ask for they were provided in a quick manner - extra supplies. Check in was super easy aswell.

A very small suggestion rather than a complaint, some English breakfast tea would have been an added bonus to what was available and access to a washer/drier would have been handy!

The property was huge, it was beautiful and furnished well, much more lavish than the pictures make it seem which was a wonderful surprise! The rooms were spacious and comfortable!

It was comfortable and delightful. Lots of windows that provided excellent sound barrier when close and a wonderful breeze when open. Thoughtful layout and amenities. Recliners to sit in!!! A patio table; bbq and availability of a fire pit. Super comfy beds and the sheets were like silk. Full sized fridge, dishwasher and stove. Microwave, coffee pot and kettle and the basics for cooking (pepper, salt, sugar)

The toilet doors don't actually *lock* and don't fully pull closed, which is kind of weird if you're sharing a room with family. Luckily, we were split into couples. Other than that everything's great!

THis was a clean, beautiful property with plenty of privacy. Valemount is just a few minutes' drive away for groceries and food needs. The hosts are pretty responsive and quick to fix anything that comes up! The rooms are large and the living room is a perfect hangout space - on one super rainy day all six of us had a lot of room to spread out.

There were no food related amenities such as coffee, tea, salt/pepper etc., and there is a bit of noise from the train tracks and highway nearby.

The cabin was comfortable and clean. There are two bedrooms with 3 double beds and a small bathroom. The kitchen is stocked with utensils for cooking. Staff were friendly and accommodating.
