United StatesCheck in was quite difficult. Couldn't get in front door. Code provided didn't work for that. Had no wifi and no cell service. Tried to call number posted and reception was too hard to hear. Saved by some staff inside but even then, given wrong code for front door. Yikes! Too many emails to keep track of.
Nicely located near good restaurant. Room was well equipped and comfortable.

AustriaThere were no staff on the property at all ever. That was a little strange, as were the constant messages via email, the Booking app and text message!
Very comfortable room with modern bathroom. No staff present but self-service breakfast "buffet" was available all day and had a great choice of food. Living room area was comfy and homely. Nice sauna. Restaurant underneath the Lodge (separate business?) was excellent with very friendly staff and good food.

United KingdomRoom maintenance not great for a premium suite (curtain hanging off), noisy large aircon unit in room, lack of physical staff on site, no water for coffee machine at breakfast or place to fill up.
The size of the room was good and communication via email excellent. The location was pretty and about a 20 minute drive from town. There was a basic supply of breakfast such as muffins, banana bread, yogurt and cereal available for self serve.

IndiaThe room appeared somewhat dated and particularly the drawers, which were not very smooth to use. There was no microwave inside the room but we were able to use the one in the kitchen. A few improvements would go a long way in making the stay more comfortable.
Breakfast was a self-serve option, and I was pleasantly surprised by the wide variety available. The kitchen was open to guests throughout the day, which added to the ‘feel at home’ experience. The spacious living room, stocked with plenty of board games, was a great space for guests to relax and enjoy their time

The prompt replies to pre-visit questions. Self entry was seamless. Room was very spacious <KIng>. All amenities included. Coffee maker in room <Nespresso>. Regular coffee, including creamers, available in lobby. Portable AC !!!! (Big YAY!!!) AC was running upon arrival <plus music on TV>. Short walk to only open restaurant <Peaks> on the Monday. Quite surprised with the variety of choices for the self serve breakfast! Gorgeous shower!
